Agreed, I'd take two Canyon's vice one AEV. I just don't see the value in the AEV add-ons. Even comparing the straight Sierra AT4X @ $81.7K vs. the Canyon AT4X @ $57K, I would go Canyon. I can do a lot with an extra $25K. The only reason not to is the need to carry five people more comfortably or the need for more cargo/towing. For a most constant off-roader's, not a common occurrence. Not saying it doesn't, just not as common.

Aside from engine note, love my '24 at4 canyon. sad, the 5.3/6.2 were amazingly reliable until the emissiosn garbage was stuff into them, the 2.7 was designed around it with less to fail..time will tell. My 2023 AT4X has climbed 93,000 feet of elevation in the past 30 days. If the truck fits on the trail (why I didn’t buy a raptor) it can handle it. Unless I can get a back massage while letting lane keep assist drive me down the highway, I’ll stick to paying twice as much for not quite twice the truck.

While the country is dying with inflation, google the prices of cars and trucks 10 years ago with inflation! Manufactures double or more the inflation rate! GMC, FORD, etc don’t make anything other than specialty vehicles that can be sold for these ridiculous prices!
