@@1omeisyu-tsubuyaki Thank you for your kind words! 🙏 That's so cool you are in the photo with them and hope to see everyone next year when I'm in Japan (I'll probably catch Ryan at a concert here in the US most likely🤣). If you are around while I'm visiting, let's chat and have a beer. I really hope to attend another Okyuji as well. Have a great day! 🌞
Back in June we spent 10 days in Japan. Stayed in Kyoto & Tokyo for 5 days each with day trips to Osaka & Himeji Was our 1st time ever in Japan. Was lucky enough to be at Band Maid's joint concert in Tokyo with The Warning. Both bands played my fave song & then they brought The Warning back out for the live premiere of their new song collab! Was an amazing concert! The whole trip was an experience we will both cherish forever
@@Bekka_Noyb That is awesome!!!!! I just watched The Warning's vlog about that and it was very very good! I'm so happy to see collaborations like this.
Very cool, ....I mean, dorky!🤣 My step daughter likes the word dingus, and I like to be called that by her! Only thing is, she's 41! Oh well. Tape & Drives sounds great. My FB friend from Yokohama just went to a steakhouse in Shibuya that LOVEBITES members like to frequent. I think we will go there next spring. We have our sights set on late April, hopefully after most of the Sakura frenzy, and just before Golden week. I must crush some learning over the next seven months! Hope you can make another visit soon as well.
@@anthonypowell6234 Same here, I want to make sure each visit is a noticeable improvement in language skills. I'm revamping my language learning methods right now and will start a video about it sometime in the fall. Working on the next set of content first though.😉 Good luck with learning! 🤘🎶🎶🎶
I hope I get to return to Japan someday and see Band-Maid!!! Were there in 2019 (no Band-Maid though) and we LOVED it. This looks like an awesome experience, especially meeting Band-Maid fans from all over. We did catch some cool jazz at a jazz club in Hiroshima, which was unplanned so very cool. Kampai!
@@Kevin6059 Right on! The unplanned experiences are the best! When I travel, I set a few scheduled experiences (Mostly martial arts or music) along with mostly unplanned adventures involving 'getting lost' in areas of interest... Often meeting wonderful people along the way. 🤘 Hiroshima is definitely on my list of places next and would love to catch some jazz and blues venues next time in whatever city I end up in.
Great video! Also, I can totally see myself in your Band-Maid footage from Minneapolis 😂 The tall guy with the man bun on the rail right in front of Misa
If you head back to Osaka again, We stayed at the Cross Hotel Osaka. Its a few hundred steps away from that No-Pork Ichiran that you see in 11:39. Staff was ultra nice, had a great breakfast buffet as well. Price was pretty reasonable for the level of service and comfort.
@@crystalskyesvt Right on!!!! Thank you for the suggestion! I haven't actually stayed in Dotonbori yet. I've stayed in Namba, Kyobashi, and other surrounding areas. Cross Hotel Osaka is now on my places to research for next year's trip. I'll be back in Osaka in the summer of 2025.
Btw - I will probably be visiting Osaka every year since it's my favorite city. I did check out that hotel, but I usually stay at places for about 1/4 of the price or less...I have a method. You don't have to watch this video: ruclips.net/video/vMPKwf1m7J0/видео.html because it's more informational (and boring) than entertaining, but I did make a video on how I travel on a budget. My first trip to Japan was around $2000 for almost 3 weeks.

The Band Maid reference drew me in - but the overall experience was priceless! Thanks for sharing.
Does non-dorky daughter like Band-Maid?
@@Kevin6059 Yeah, but non-dorky daughter’s favorite genres are powerviolence and grindcore!!! :)
