For most people excercise is going to work best to balance lower chakras , too much time spent in thought and less movement will weaken the body
Just wonderful, I've been looking for "what chakra is in the lower back?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. The themes associated with the solar plexus chakra are definitely the things I have the most difficulty with in life. I left the house today feeling a lot of pain in my back, south of my shoulder blades and I knew whatever chakra is located there was calling out for my attention. I'm going to walk home and make myself some ginger and lemon tea. I intend to rewatch this video soon so that I don't become complacent.

I have been struggling with my personal power for so long. It often fluctuates, but I've always felt that there was something I'm missing or falling into place. After all this time it finally occured to me that there was something off with my 3rd chakras. I was meditating and just moving my awareness up and down my body, but when I got to my 3rd chakra I couldn't focus my awareness. It felt scattered and beyond my control. This lead me to this video. But before this video the awareness what what drove me here. As I was driving and listening to Teal, I really started to become aware of the color yellow and how abundant it is in my reality. I'm not sure exactly what is going one here, but it feels good and it feels like that's what really matters. Thank you Teal for your videos, you are such a brilliant light in this world.

Now I understand 😭 This confirmed/explained so much!! I came looking for solar plexus opening/balancing aid as I started to feel a huge bottled up energy in there just now, it felt stuck and hard; I couldn't breathe into my stomach. This was after I went swimming 1K after 2,5 years break (and I love it!), and to tell a lil' background: I have taken meaningful steps towards my authenticity in the last few months and especially the last few days have been big for me. I've mostly been still and at home the last 2 years, cos I've been going through some personal stuff big time, collapsing and doing shadow work etc since realizing how lost and hypnotized (pretty codependent and easily emotionally manipulated) I've been all my life so far, so ... It's been a long road back into light and closer towards my personal freedom and truth and empowerment for me (And it's not like I'll ever be done but I'm defo moving!) Anyway, I've recently broken through some huge barriers and admitted to many things that I am, that I had learned to believe I should not be, and I've started to have huge urges to move - like you said - FORWARD! Usually I dance to channel my energy and that's good, but now I've been feeling like running, too, which I don't usually do. Just needed to get some forward movement!! Today I wanted to go swimming, which is one of my forever loved hobbies, and I felt great, but also somewhat anxious after getting up, and like I said, I felt that huge lump in my solar plexus after that. I was in sauna trynna figure it out. And here I am now! All touched by you, Teal Swan! Thank you so much for being! ☀️ I am intuitive but got a lot to figure out. (It's one of the things about me I've only recently started to embrace. )
Since i cleared and open this space, i cant stop listening to music while singing and dancing spontaneously. I litterally always vibe like i feel the frequencies inside my bones i love it. Thats why im always working on widing up that center . it also healed my gut in the most synchronistic way about gluten and stuff

This Comes perfectly as I struggle with this Chakra and the linked Organs for a Little while. This is perfect Information because it clears the way up. I actually already intuitively did some of the Things mantioned and it worked so this is going to help me further. Additionaly I have noticed that most of my relationships in the Moment are really detrimental to this Chakra and that I put a lot of spiritual stuff over my authenticity if that makes sense. Great to finally Kind of know where to move and what to Focus on.

Thank you for this wonderful video. I began my awakening process finally healing from intense childhood trauma. I didn't even know what energy centers were until this occurred. I know now after many years of a relationship this is one of the reasons for my solar plexus blockage.
