Judge Schott shouldnt be on this list. Hes behavior was heroic. hes honestly what a judge should be. Once he recognized how corrupt the Prosecutor was being, he let the defendant go free.

Just like fines are doubled in road construction areas while driving, it should be a standard that any government official (like that judge) who breaks the laws they are meant to uphold should get double fines, double the charges (a misdemeanor is automatically a felony), and double jail time! They aren't just breaking those laws, they're breaking their oath and breaking trust with the public!

I would sooner have an experienced lawyer as a judge then someone who thinks they know the law because they went to court on some rubbie charge. Plus I highly doubt anyone with an IQ of 60 could even graduate high school, never mind passing the Bar Exam.
