Let's make some homemade nut butter together! I show you my very easy basic recipe that works on most nuts for a creamy and full of flavour nut butter and then three recipe variations using that method. Making your own nut butter is probably easier than you think, more affordable (most often at least) and super yummy as you can play around with different combos and tweak it to exactly how you like it. I’ve made peanut butter in my vitamix before…I’m guessing I could make your recipes in a vitamix as well? I don’t have a food processor so that’s why I ask.

When I was making chocolate spread with liquid sweetener, it emulsified - turned from silky into lumpy mass, kind of 😏 we ate it anyway, of course 🤤 How come you don’t have this problem??? Could it be the melted chocolate? 🤔
