The Bears had 240 rushing yards because Mac Jones started? Justin Fields had his best overall game in the NFL because the Pats were Zappe-less? And fact is, after two scoring drives the Bears seemed to have Zappe figured out. Maybe give some credit where it's due?

Had Zappe started. This game would’ve been a different outcome. I can promise you that. Might not win the game but you can’t tell me Zappe will complete 3/6 for 12 yards and an INT in 3 drives! That’s horrendous. Idc what anybody says. Zappe came in being down 10 and quickly took them down the field and went up 14-10. That’s how separate yourself from good to great. Zappe clearly is the better Qb. You can just feel it. The issue here is Mac is coming back from an injury so Belichick is slowly bringing him back to speed. The more he plays Mac. The more controversial it’ll be if he stinks it up even more. I believe it’s the right move by Belichick to put in Zappe and see what the kid can do and I’m sure he as a coach saw what we saw. The kid got the poise and confidence in himself and the team trusts him and they got back in the game. What got the score so lopsided was the defense couldn’t get out of 3rd and short/long. It don’t matter how good your team is. If your defense can’t stop an offense on continuously 3rd downs. It’ll kill your team as a whole. Time management and playactions. Bears came in ready and stick with their game plan and won. Props up to them! My Patriots got a lot of work to do. But we ain’t settling. LFG!

I’m pretty sure the patriots only had the ball for 10 mins out of a whole 30 min that was played. Let’s not forget the 2 ints also thrown that killed 2 drive and that stupid handoff to Jakobi Meyers. That’s just poor play calling too. Not on Zappe though. Only int that was at fault was the last one and by then the score was lopsided. He was just dumping it at that point. Can’t win games or drive down field when the defense knows you’re throwing and no longer running it. Simple logic 👌🏼

Ever heard of high scoring games? Lmao Zappe is ass & pulling Mac was the worst thing to do. Defense cracked down because with Mac in there’s more things the defense has to focus on other than the run. That’s simple logic.
