People forget there were 2 slide kicks in that Bears game by Mac. One was when he cleared Brisker in the balls but there was another where he internally kicked his leg out sideways to try to kick Brisker but he missed.
As a Pats fan... I hate his behavior. I remember the ankle grab and it was bad when I saw it. I didn't know about the slide kick or that unnecessary tackle trailing the play. QBs are so protected in today's game, which is good, that you really have to look at this pattern even more harshly. It's akin to when a hockey goalie goes out of their way to hurt someone, which rarely happens because it never ends well. This guy is going out of his way to hurt others and there's no place for it. I wish the NFL gave some suspensions when this stuff happens. Better yet, that Belichick would just sit him.
I've never liked him but I started _hating_ him after he did a Griddy, after scoring a TD on the Ravens. From that moment forward, he's always been douchey. It makes my soul happy every time he cries on the sidelines, sometimes literally like after his injury.
It’s really scummy when you consider how much the league will go out of their way to protect the quarterback. He is literally using the slide rule to hurt others that’ll get penalized for any major contact if they touch him. It’s also scummy on another level when you take into account that he makes a butt load more money than these other players and is trying to (at this point there’s enough evidence) injure them. If I was a pats fan, I would not want him as my qb (not just cause he sucks) Edit: ah, you basically said the same thing on the slide rule. I just see a video on Mac Jones and see red

@meladgoat Dude, I think you're reaching a little. Mac is playing pretty well this year, considering their competition so far, injuries, and his offensive line.
