Hi, I'm Jamie. I'm the developer of this game and just wanted to say thanks! It's still very surreal to me that people enjoy this odd little game. Videos like this are very helpful because everyone plays the game differently and does different things, so it exposes things to me that should be fixed or changed. I've made a few notes from your play through and have added them to my list. So thank you for helping make the game better. But more importantly, I'm glad you had fun!
Hi Jamie. Just wanted to tell you I was about to pirate this game to try it (and then consider buying it if it's good), but seeing your comment here showed me how much you care and I went and just bought it on Steam. Devs like you deserve every penny. Thank you.
I started playing this game not long ago after I watched a stream of someone running around peeking in buildings looking for things of value to liberate. There was a little bit of arson too, but then he felt bad so also helped fight the fire he may or may not have started. My character started off as a free range peasant who collected turnips and sold those at markets to earn enough coin to buy a farm. In the top right there is a button that allows you to compare prices at the main markets on the map so acting as a trader is absolutely possible. Chill game (with my limited play time) but still satisfying. Long live the Chapmans!
24:24 My man does the stanky leg when he gets drunk. That's some serious level drinking right there. That little drunk storyline is what sold me on the game.
This was MADE for me! I was just the other day moaning to my friends about how I couldn't find any games like The Guild 2 that you know, actually function on modern computers. Instant buy.
