@@islandprincess9666 - Pretty much all hunters, whether man or beast, use various methods to lure their prey. What makes harp music "cruel"? Probably not, because it sure isn't peaceful.
@@Mr.Ekshin It’s a myth that hunting is needed to control the deer population. Always follow the money. Selling hunting licenses makes money for people. Before hunters were hunting deer nature controlled the deer population just fine. You said that it’s horrible the way that deer die if they are not hunted, but weaker animals getting sick and dying or being killed by their natural predators is how nature works. Hunting actually increases the deer population. It also causes deer to panic during hunting season and stay on the outskirts of the woods instead of deep in the woods because that’s where the hunters and they are running away from the hunters. Yup... I don't know if it's Tom Waits melodies, or her harp playing that provides the magic... but every time I play this recording in the woods, I have a successful deer hunt. Weird, right?
Even though the song is called Green Grass, it completely fits the autumn forest mood. I am in awe of your ability to to put together these scenes where what we see and what we hear fit together so perfectly and compliment each other so superbly.
I'm guessing that doe has never quite heard anything like a harp, so she's curious about what makes that sound. I would think another couple of outdoor concerts, and the deer will get more comfortable with coming closer. Still, it's a really cool video.
Just wait, after a few more sessions of sitting still and playing gentle harp music, the deer will realise that you mean no harm, and will just relax around you.
The best thing is, it is already quite relaxed - the tail is down most of the time, if its up, it means its on high alert. Its feeling quite comfortable, or else it wouldn't allow itself to be that curious after the first spook :)
Yep. I have quite a few deer that hang around my property. If I come outside, or pull up in the car, they'll just look at me most the time. I can walk by within 30 yards or so before they might scamper off, but most the time, they just wait for me to go by, then go back to grazing.
The look on your face when you realised you attracted another deer with that enchanting music of yours is priceless ! x) (I also can't believe that you live near a forest with actual deers in it... I mean I can, but I'm very jealous)
Now you're the mythical Harp Fairy of the Wood to all the local deer. There will be legends about you, and some deer will say you're just a made-up story until the one day that they too hear the music.
I love when people play instruments in the woods, because I wanna see this from a hikers perspective. Starting your day off normal, just going for a hike, and then you just hear eerie music echoing from somewhere in the woods, yeesssss
Well, I think it depends on the music. You definetly don't suddently want to hear loud horror music when hiking through the woods, because the next thing you might see could be Michael Myers who comes with his knife to get you... ;-D
The more you play here the more will come. You will no longer be a possible threat. She moves her head up and down and side to side to try and get a 3D imagine of what you are, as deer only see in 2D. I think this is amazing.
I love that the deer sense the beauty of the sound. I love harp music...has an magical quality. That's why I adored Harpo Marx...He could play so beautifully and the emotion showed within his face.
King David played the harp and soothed Solomon's anger and kicked out his demons there's something to be said about how beautiful the harp is, God must really love that instrument 🙌🏼✝️🙏🏼
That was a magical moment. I love Tom Waits music. And the deer!! Some animals seem to enjoy music, or are certainly intrigued at least. Must be the vibrational nature of wind and stringed instuments that literally resonates with them.
It is amazing how deer interact with dogs and humans. I have seen so many videos like this. My grandfather had a doe that always came up to him, all he had to do was whistle. Of course the bowl of popcorn did not hurt. 😁😁😁
The look of joy on her face when she realized the deer enjoyed her music

My my what a video, the lights, the color, the music, the nature, and a woman playing harp.
Music has magical property, it can heal and ease emotions. You playing Tom Waits on the harp with a fan deer in the background is exactly what I didn’t know I needed. If that’s not magical, I don’t know what is. 🤗🌸👍🏼💜
idk seeing actual fairies and the skies filed with pink stars while cute snake dragons that's furry dances on the sky while the hands of god is visible?
Yup... I don't know if it's Tom Waits melodies, or her harp playing that provides the magic... but every time I play this recording in the woods, I have a successful deer hunt. Weird, right?
@@Mr.Ekshin nobody cares
@@selinapirkle8835 - Not the deer and certainly not you, right?
Even though the song is called Green Grass, it completely fits the autumn forest mood. I am in awe of your ability to to put together these scenes where what we see and what we hear fit together so perfectly and compliment each other so superbly.
Thank you so much! Figuring out the aesthetic of each video is just as much part of the fun as the music itself.
@@NaomiSV your effort and talent absolutely come through in the finished videos.
The green grass in the song is growing on a gravesite, so there's your autumnal mood right there.
Goes to show. Even wildlife love Tom Waits.
Deer: I give this place 11/10. Good grass, and even music as you feed. Would recommend.
I'm as big a fan as that deer 🦌. It has great taste. Your music skills draw the animals out of the forest. That's for sharing that with us.
Your music brings joy to anyone who listens, including the beautiful deer!
Very nice. Those pants and shoes and the leaves all tied the room together. The sun, the shadows, the deer, the harp... magnificent.
2:00 to 2:05 the deer is walking perfectly in step with the beat. Magical! :)
I had watch a couple times , but you're right 👍
Naomi has the best following... literally.
That was beautiful! I cannot BELIEVE the deer thing happened again. This is gunna become your brand.
Haha, I really am becoming the “deer girl”...
Oh deer
I'm guessing that doe has never quite heard anything like a harp, so she's curious about what makes that sound. I would think another couple of outdoor concerts, and the deer will get more comfortable with coming closer. Still, it's a really cool video.
@@NaomiSV
@@harleygould7255 Pretty sure I am seeing a couple of spikes on that 'doe'.
I love the way she smiles when she spots the deer! So cute❤❤
Thanks!
Thank you Eric!
The doe returned and we could see she was mesmerized by the haunting beauty of the tune played so beautifully on your harp.
The look on your face when you realised you attracted another deer with that enchanting music of yours is priceless ! x)
(I also can't believe that you live near a forest with actual deers in it... I mean I can, but I'm very jealous)
@Alex Berkman Ow, well that makes it feel less magical :'(
I'm impressed people even learn this. I think the harp is the most beautiful instrument. I was moved to tears. So good.
Hello Kelly
How are you doing today?
Now you're the mythical Harp Fairy of the Wood to all the local deer. There will be legends about you, and some deer will say you're just a made-up story until the one day that they too hear the music.
🤣👏👏👏
🤣🤣 just blriliant!!!
Apreciada Noami, muchas gracias por éste momento que ud. le ha permitido deleitar a nuestro Hermano Ciervo, Hermoso !!!
I return to this every so often. Beautiful.
it looked animated, can't believe real world can be so beautiful
Just just just prettiest.
That rhythm , background, sunlight , deer. And you a pretty lady.
Love .
I love when people play instruments in the woods, because I wanna see this from a hikers perspective. Starting your day off normal, just going for a hike, and then you just hear eerie music echoing from somewhere in the woods, yeesssss
Well, I think it depends on the music. You definetly don't suddently want to hear loud horror music when hiking through the woods, because the next thing you might see could be Michael Myers who comes with his knife to get you... ;-D
Unless it's the fey. X_x
I like how she just looked at the slightest sound...."Did you see that? did we catch it on camera!"
This scene is eternally playing out in my personal heaven.
I’m as mesmerized as the deer😊. Beautifully performed. Thank you.
It's a straight up gift to play a instrument well. Thank you.
The Vibration of love and music is a universal frequency. I always get teary eyed when I see these videos by you.
Thank you 💜💜💜
The more you play here the more will come. You will no longer be a possible threat. She moves her head up and down and side to side to try and get a 3D imagine of what you are, as deer only see in 2D. I think this is amazing.
Her: **plays the harp**
Deer: So you have chosen... *peace*
Your artistry in all aspects from shot to interpretation of the song is spectacular. Wow. Thank you
You are like a Celtic godess of the woods, guardian and protector of the whole life inside....
hope she sees this bro
I love that the deer sense the beauty of the sound. I love harp music...has an magical quality. That's why I adored Harpo Marx...He could play so beautifully and the emotion showed within his face.
Harpo was the first harpist I’d ever seen! I grew up watching Marx Brothers movies.
@@NaomiSV Me too..!!
I TRULY think a harp is one of the best sounding instruments especially with her talent! Beautiful 🎶🎵 music!!
This song really fits the instrument, wow.
I seriously dont understand who would dislike this video.
Hunters
the people who disliked are the ones who believe deer listen to Ozzie... :)
Mostly people that find this video in thier recommended video playlist and try to manipulate it by disliking the video to stop it showing up there
A beautiful elfin plays the harp. Heartwarming.
King David played the harp and soothed Solomon's anger and kicked out his demons there's something to be said about how beautiful the harp is, God must really love that instrument 🙌🏼✝️🙏🏼
U.M you're wrong.
@U. M. get a grip
That was a magical moment. I love Tom Waits music. And the deer!! Some animals seem to enjoy music, or are certainly intrigued at least. Must be the vibrational nature of wind and stringed instuments that literally resonates with them.
Seriously, where has this been all my life?!?! You really have something magical here, it's tear inducing! Thank you for sharing your gift 🧡
This lady plays beautifully. Animals seem to be drawn to good music, this is beautifully filmed, and is like a fairy tale.
This ladies taste in footwear is superb
Thank you. They’re my favourite boots!
Naomi SV where can I purchase a pair? I’d like to buy some for my wife :-)
I was thinking the same thing.. Like her clothes are nice but her shoes are on another level in the couple videos I've seen.
im a dude, with zero fashion sense, and i liked her shoes too lol.
Someone would be a fool not to use this on a soundtrack
Naomi, I just came across this post. You play wonderfully! You have a new fan!
I'll never get over how beautiful this instrument sounds. Always makes me tear up for some reason 💕
Music not only tames the savage beast, but the timid ones too when played so exquisite.
Животные тоже реагируют на красивую и нежную музыку!!!
Самоучка
Крайнемаловероятно.
Намного лучше - на прикорм. )))
english translation?: Animals also respond to beautiful and gentle music
Beautiful sound.
💗
This is becoming a deerspotting channel
How beautiful!!! The deer can't resist the heavenly music! Thank you for sharing with all of us :)
Hello Ann
How are you doing today?
It is amazing how deer interact with dogs and humans. I have seen so many videos like this. My grandfather had a doe that always came up to him, all he had to do was whistle. Of course the bowl of popcorn did not hurt. 😁😁😁
I could see the tip of the deer’s ear above the branch a while before she fully came into view. How remarkable! Your skills are amazing!
When she restarts the song if you look to far right past the trees you'll see the deer for a moment before going behind the trees
