    I got mine in May of 2019. I've ridden 1700 km with it so far. I am very happy with it. The "crackle and pop" partially disappears if you upgrade the engine mapping to the "race" mapping which also gives you 2 or 3 more bhp. I haven't really taken it off road (apart from gravel roads) so can't sy anything about how it would handle off road. It handles (legal) highway speeds ok. All in all, it is a fun bike that does what I need (and want) it to do. PM me if you have questions and I'll answer as best I can. To Laramoto: Nice review and cute cat!

    • @Laramoto
      @Laramoto  5 лет назад +2

      Hello Olalj! Thanks for the info - I am partial to a crackle and pop but always keen for a race map with some breathable pipes. It is truly a fun bike, there is so much to be gained from less horsepower and genuine enjoyment of a simpler ride. Thank you for your feedback - the cute cat was a bonus! It literally came out of a hedge to interrupt recordings ;)

    Really good to see this brand back making the retro scrambler I use to have a 1978 50cc as a kid to mess about over the woods on back in the 80's they always had a slightly different take on motorbikes of the day in design. May pop over to Crazy Horse for a test ride.. cheers good review 👍

    Hi Lara!
    At that time, Luckily or unfortunately, I was a motorcycle magazines reader and dreamer boy (I obviously had no money but even required age as well) when Fantic Caballero was built in a 50cc version too. We were used to 4 Gears Morini on Minarelli engines that we used to extremely tune, so rare 6 gears ones, mounted on rare 50 cc motocross bikes, were our basement wet dream. I remember that we used to spend much more time in our basement with those engines than outside at the sunlight.
    Nostalgic thoughts apart, I think it’s a cool bike for that price and could perfectly goes hand in hand with a British countryside calm and calming journey as the one you took in this video.
    I like so much how you are good at centering right points about motorcycles character, during your road tests.
    I really like you and your RUclips channel .Thank you.

      How is the reliability? Genuinely interested.

      It does both really well - doesn't get hot. Off road I've never tried but my mate has, its mint! The Fantic company video shows how good it is off road too. :) He's 6 foot and says its one of the most comfortable bikes he's ridden.

      Hello! I checked with a chap that owns one - he said no issues! :)
