Actually since he survived, maybe Kazuichi can make her a Robot body of some kind, sure it's not her real body but it's something, she'd be like a prototype Kiibo in a way.
Actually I can imagine that in this scenario that since Chiaki’ AI self is still alive that Soda could probably build her a body to “possess” so she can be with her friends in the real world. That or she’s just going to have to become the first AI V-Tuber to still interact with her friends.
I am shocked at the fact the wheel came up with a better Chapter 3 by complete dumb luck. Nagito killing both Mahiru and Hiyoko because of how strong their bond was and by extension how much it would affect the group and contribute to his neverending cycle of Hope and Despair is quite literally peak Nagito characterization. TL;DR The wheel fixed Chapter 3, thank the RNGOds.
When you said that Sonia would do copycat murders, I legitimately thought she would take some inspiration from Genocider Syo and imitate her killing style by killing cute boys (haha Gundham)
@@michaellane4054 the character arcs are writing themselves at this point, Just imagine how devastated Kazuichi would be if those were Sonja's parting words.
Nagito being chapter 3's killer is even more fitting when you realize this is the chapter where we see the killer making a complete 180 in terms of personality when they're revealed, which is absolutely fitting for Nagito. Instead of revealing his true nature in chapter 1, he can just do it here instead.
Can you imagine if he was actually a super selfless guy like he was pretending to be in Chapter 1 up until the Class Trial and then he got hit by the despair diease? Who knows, maybe HE would be the main love interest until the third Chapter and then halfway throughout the class trial:…hopehopehopehopehopehopehopehope
@@michaellane4054 You get that nagito without his brain disease gimmick is basically selfish makoto? If case was, how you presented it here you wouldn't even remembered his name. We would lose nagito
@@tslex6477 you can think that. I guess while it would make Chapter 3 much better, it would significantly downgrade Nagito’s character if that happened, and the game might not have been as good if Nagito wasn’t there to spice everything up and stuff.
I mean, ya could probably develop Teruteru as a character and have him question his perverted side, eventually making him an actually respectful individual in that regard. Something the actual DR2 didn't have time to do cuz... ya know, death
Yeah, unless Weeby can change their characters where Teruteru is actually a decent human being(he can still be flirty, just not to a creepy extent) and Mikan not being sexualized in this AU.
And it would also make sense for her to be the traitor since she's the one Fuyohiko can trust the most. She kills herself not because of the surprise, but because of the toll the secret has took on her
Also, something to note regarding Chapter 4: that’s when the other students find out about the last killing game, and that, “Byakuya,” (or whoever Ultimate Imposter is impersonating this time around) participated in the last game. Everyone else then realizes that the way their friend is acting makes so much sense, they realize why he’s taken this leadership role! … And then he dies.
"A shell of the woman I once was" I know was a joke but it would actually fit pretty well for Sonia. Having to be this image of perfection. Unassuming, but convicted; wise, but not cruel, and so on. Letting her shed that skin and do what she wanted, though just in this scenario, makes the situation a lot more dire than you would have thought. I can imagine when she admits to killing Gundhum she would say that line, but have like a smile on her face and say it with pride. Also if we wanted to go down the copycat killer route, if she is basically treating him as a nonconseual boyfriend, you know what killer that already exists in DR that she could replicate? Genocide Jack. Cue a redo of chapter two of DR1, except this time the killing did go exactly as was portrayed, just no one there is actually Genocider.
Sonia would take Chiaki with her and point out everything about Genocide Jack with a smile on her face and probable excitement as well. Everyone, especially Chiaki, would be even more disturbed by Sonia when it came to light that she was painting a large ass target on her own back and they still almost got it wrong. Hell, maybe Sonia would even point that out. She isn’t heartless, after all. Just a lunatic with a nice face and kind heart.

I can see Teruteru getting some character development where he’ll still be flirty but then questions if what he’s doing is the right thing and then tries to help Mikan by looking after her, giving her special meals and generally being a good person and Mikan with his help would trip up less and become more confident
@@reececollins9212 Yesssss, I want that wholesome content! Mikan deserves the best for what she went through and nice meal made with care by Teruteru just to help/appreciate her would be beautiful.
Nekomaru lived long enough that we could say if Teruteru didn't shape up Nekomaru could just pick him up and carry him under his arm to keep the horny in check.
Ch.1: After finding out many of their memories have been erased, Akane is determined to get them back to find out what happened with her siblings. She feels bad for what she’s going to do and goes for Ibuki since it wouldn’t be a struggle. Chiaki finds out and Akane tries her best not to cry, and regrets what she has done. Her execution is called “Gymnast’s Final Leap”. Ch.2: Sonia is fascinated in Gundham and looks up to him a lot, and he believes she can unleash a power she does not know about. At night Sonia spends her time in the library reading about serial killers, and comes across Genocide Jack - she becomes very interested in them and wants to be just like them, and when she realises she has feelings for Gundham, she thinks she can recreate Jill’s murders as they killed “cute boys”, and that’s what she sees Gundham as. She tricks him by pretending to make a ritual, but when he is concentrating on the spell, she kills him. When she’s revealed she is very excited as she “became like her idol”, but when she’s told she’s going to die, she realises that the one man she loved is dead because of her and is about to have a moment of realisation... but then the execution “Prom Queen’s Victory” plays. Ch.3: Mahiru is an elder sister figure to Hiyoko, and since she took her away from bullying everyone, the rest of the students are happy and support their friendship. Nagito doesn’t like how much hope they bring and pretends to have the despair disease, when in reality he uses it as an ‘alibi’. He attempts to murder Mahiru, as her dying would cause a lot of despair, but Hiyoko comes across it and tries to stop him - only to get murdered instead. Nagito thinks this is the perfect opportunity to bring a bigger despair, as the more despair means more hope, and kills Mahiru as well. He gets revealed by Chiaki ofc and he laughs, as this means the Ultimates will get to see the greatest hope yet. He is excited at first for the execution “Beginner’s Luck”, but during it, he realises the execution will only include more and more despair and no hope, causing him to frown at the end before dying. Ch.4: The Ultimate Imposter has been trying to be a good leader, but the students find out he isn’t Byakuya Togami and lose all trust in him, and he knows this is the end in his leadership role. He wants to help out still, even if no one will know it’s helping, and wants to be the next victim. In the meantime, Nekomaru has a similar thinking process and doesn’t want anyone to die but knows someone has to, so he wants to die for them. The Imposter finds Nekomaru’s plan on how to sacrifice himself and they cooperate on being the victim and culprit, but during the trial, Nekomaru struggles to tell everyone that he’s the blackened as he knows he’ll be hated. In the end he gets revealed and doesn’t deny it, and ends up being executed by “0:1”. Ch.5: Peko has been working with Fuyuhiko since the very beginning, but nobody knows. He promised to not let her die, but she has realised that the students keep getting closer to the mastermind and knows this means he will have to die, so without Fuyuhiko’s permission or knowledge, she gets rid of herself and sets up clues to frame herself as a mastermind who regretted starting the game, and she left a note for Fuyuhiko, asking him can he stop the game so that everyone believes her. Chiaki discovers how Peko died and figures out she wasn’t the mastermind, as the game keeps going, due to Fuyuhiko feeling like it’s not the end and not minding if he dies if he gets discovered, as the one person he trusted is dead because of him. Ch.6: Fuyuhiko is revealed to be the mastermind and Chiaki is the traitor. At the end, Fuyuhiko gets executed by “Final Laugh of Despair”, and everyone is allowed to leave the Neo Programme. Hajime isn’t ready to leave, as it would mean he never gets to see Chiaki again. She thanks him and the other students for being her friends and all the survivors awaken, as in this au anyone who died in the simulation also died irl. Protag info: I feel like Chiaki would be a good protagonist. She’d feel like her only task is to be nice and supportive, not going into detail why. Throughout the game she think stuff like “...what if I don’t awaken?” when she goes to bed, or “Can I... call myself ‘human’?”. At the end it would be clear she does want to be alive with everyone else, but she’d be happier that they get to survive. Her final words would be “Thank you, everyone. Thank you... for playing this game with me.”
Honestly Fuyuhiko as a more sympathetic mastermind would be interesting to see. Could've been something he decided to start as some sort of game, as he's the Ultimate Yakuza and probably would revel in it pre-development, but as the game goes he gets more and more concerned and worried about everyone, and then it culminates in Peko commiting suicide to try and at least spare him. Fuyuhiko probably WANTS to come clean by the final chapter but is prevented from doing so, likely due to Monokuma's own interference, probably a rogue AI if we aren't including Junko at all in this. So while Fuyuhiko would be the mastermind, the final PTA would be against the bear himself, with Fuyuhiko willingly letting himself get executed in the end so everyone else can go free. While everyone would obviously be conflicted about Fuyuhiko cause he put them in the situation to begin with, they'd probably understand that he came around to realizing it was a bad idea in the end, not absolutely despising him, and moreso directing their anger towards Monokuma for trying to prolong it for his own sick enjoyment. Fuyuhiko has probably tried ending it multiple times after chapter 3 but he couldn't bring himself to do it, believing himself too far gone to stop now.
Akanes exc:a series of jumps seperates her and her sister and she jumps through all of them but right before she Reaches her sisters the platform falls and she died Sonias exc;she is put on guillotine and is pegged with vegetables which turn into cans which turn into various items of increasing hurt until the guillotine snaps her head off Nagitos exc: there's 3 series of doors he opens one. A knife shoots out which makes small cut. Monokuma expected this 3 more doors pop up he chooses one. Another small cut this repeats as he becomes more and more wounded and then he finally collapses (this could've been just torture or just nagitos “luck” at work) Genuinely don't know for nekomaru
Nekomaru's execution: "Teaming up to fall". He is placed in a series of doors. Each one reveals a team in need of help. As the ultimate team manager, he helps them. But multiple go at once and he can't manage them all at once. Eventually, out of rage, the teams surround and kill him. Also ch 5. This has the despair disease motive. Fuyuhiko unfortunately catches it, causing him to not think straight and forget thongs easily. Peko stays by his side to hslp him and Fuyuhiko, forgetting who she is, acts out towards her, saying things like "leave me alone" or "I don't want you". This gravely affects Peko, causing her to take her own life. After Fuyuhiko found out she killed herself because of him, in ch 6, he reveals himself as the mastermind, feeling too guilty about it. Plus I can imagine him saying "I don't care if I live or die, if Peko's not here anymore, what's the point?"
What if Akane’s motivation was similar to Teruteru’s from the original game? She could be desperate to get home to her younger siblings (if I’m remembering her backstory correctly). For chapter 2, I could see it being a case where Sonia is desperate to return to Novoselic, and Gundhan agrees to help her by challenging her to a duel to prove her dedication to her country (or something like that). Chiaki as a protagonist is something I’ve wanted for YEARS, I love it so much 💗
I was thinking it would fit both Akane and Ibuki’s personalities if the murder was a complete accident, something more along the lines of Akane not knowing her own strength, and having to go forward with trying to cover up her tracks anyway because of how the killing game works
@@ashenwolf98nd since Akane isn't really the smartest from the main cast. It will kinda make sense why this is a tutorial/first case. As most of the time they arent that hard to solve.
I'm just imagining a scenario in Chapter 3 where after Nagito kills either Mahiru or Hiyoko, he walks off to prep up where the body will be found and what not. And during that time, the other happen to walk in and see the dead corpse of their friend. In this scenario, I could see it being Hiyoko, who runs up to Mahiru's body trying to wake her up and in complete denial. So much so, she doesn't move when Nagito comes back and, since he originally planned for Hiyoko (or Mahiru) to overcome the despair of a best friend through finding the killer, now has to change his plans to an even more despairing plan: Two friends both found dead on one another.
I feel like kazuichi would have a big development after Sonia killed Gundam since he had a crush on Sonia, so I feel like his character would have some sort of development after that in this timeline
Yeah, and I want to go one step further and drag Teru Teru into this? Because I think Teru Teru might think "hey, I want to help this guy deal with this, because I understand what it is like to always be the one who gets rejected, I go with the flow but it still affects me, so I understand what he is going through now that she is gone", but then Kazuichi surprises both Teru Teru and the player by being like, "no, you don't know what I feel like actually, what Sonia did was messed up, Gundham didn't deserve that, the life she lived messed her up, this stuff sucks" and so he would go through some personal growth, as he re-evaluated his crush on Sonia, her actions and her choices, as well as how he wants to remember her, and in the process that would lead Teru Teru to think about the way he sees the others as well, and we would get a pretty good story about how these two men, who had a habit of putting the object of their affections on a pedestal, having to re-evaluate their way of thinking as well as how they expressed themselves. This even fits Peko's story arc! She killed herself because the object of her affections was flawed and she couldn't cope with it. Kazuichi and Teru Teru would follow a different path.
If the thumbnail is to be trusted. Weeby's the one that was decided by Fate to create time-lines where the main girls get to shine even more. (Let's pray she gets Kaede too.) (And Toko if she does Another Episode. And frankly, any of the girls if she does the anime 3. And maybe 0?)
@@hollowbox5723 We could even do a 0 randomizer too. (And on the topic of Dr 3 I want her to get Seiko as the mc. With Nagito has the deuteragonist, they have good potentials together.)
I was thinking about the Fuyuhiko and Peko situation, and I thought that since Fuyuhiko is the mastermind, Peko would know that. In this scenario, no body has killed each other yet, so Fuyuhiko orders Peko to commit suicide. Since she is obedient to Fuyuhiko, she does it. He makes her do it because it would cause confusion in the group. They wouldn't know who the killer is because no one have committed suicide in this game.
Inversely, imagine that Peko's been brainwashed a bit too much, and once she sees Fuyuhiko waver, she kills herself so he can be the head. Once that happens, he feels guilty, and decides to commit to the mastermind role because that's what Peko died for.
And furthermore, since this is purely an AU, if Peko was the traitor in a sense, she has to commit all the way through, and her real body is killed, leaving only her consciousness, which is deleted upon her suicide. She could also have semi-mod privileges in the killing game, which she uses to kill her body, leaving her not just brain-dead, but completely dead, so Fuyuhiko won't waver after he gets out.
I think an interesting possibility, especially if we say this version of events is connected to the 'Genocider Jack is the Mastermind' scenario, is that Genocider essentially planted the idea that the Killing Game is the ultimate test to become the Yakuza leader before she even started her version of the Ultimate Despair. Maybe Peko committed suicide to try and show Fuyuhiko that this is wrong and once he cracks due to her death and admits to being the mastermind, the Genocider Alter-Ego essentially goes "If you aren't going to be the Antagonist of this story, then I will!" and tries to completely take over the Neo World Program.
Heck yeah! Genocier AI mastermind is wayyy better than Junko AI. Mostly because I saw this comment on the last video that talks about what if Jack wanted to recreate Toko’s stories into real life by creating a killing game to follow those narratives. Plus I like to imagine that Toko instead of possibly killing herself to save her friends in the previous killing game to stop Jack, instead was taken in by the future foundation to help out Toko with her split personality and one day she just so happens to slip pass them to then find a perfect situation to make a another killing game.
@@Rosa-he6xb Another interesting and tragic thing I thought of is that Fuyuhiko was given a few memories, but not all. Maybe he remembers being told that it is his time to perform his killing game, but it cuts off and he assumes that this killing game is the one he needs to perform to become a Yakuza leader. However, its revealed that he already did a killing game a long time ago. And the real gut punch, one of the participants he had to kill was his sister. Also I'm thinking Izuru is still the one who introduced the AI into the Neo World Program, but that is more to make sure everyone receives a heavy dose of despair for the final trial.
Okay, hear me out for how chapter 1 blackened Akane could go with how Akane is in the base game. With the first motive being how they have had two years of their memories erased, Monokuma hints to her that something awful had happened to her siblings. And this worry for her siblings and her anger over her perceived powerlessness to help them grows until she kills Ibuki in a fit of passion (similar to Mondo in THH). I feel like with how impulsive and hotheaded she is something like this could happen and make sense.
This made me realize how much better chapter 3 would have been if Hiyoko and Mahiru died together. Not only would it have been a lot more tragic than the actual scenario, they also would have had more time to develop their friendship if Mahiru had survived chapter 2 at least.
16:54 Peko learns that Fuyuhiko is the mastermind via the Octagon’s records, and that through her life she was serving and protecting the person pushing this killing-school trip. The guilt becomes too much for her, and so she takes her life in Ch.5. Fuyuhiko feigns his grief, because in this AU, he really saw her as only a tool. Think of how Junko disregards Mukuro in DR1 by destroying her corpse and then badmouthing her during the final class trial. Perhaps Fuyuhiko’s motive is true to his character, that he grew up not being viewed as an imposing Yakuza, and so to become as truly ruthless as his syndicate wants him to be - perhaps as vengeance for his dead sister (who we know was regarded as the most ruthless Yakuza and apparently more deserving of the title than him) - he tried to throw away his emotions and stops caring for other people like Peko, eventually viewing her only as that tool to help him reach his goals. Lol, I guess you pretty much got everything I could think of Man poor Fuyuhiko 🥺
First day: Chiaki: Oh I get it, It's all a game Ha, hey Hajime! Imagine if I was actually just an NPC being made to be a protaganist. **cute laugh** It would be hilarious. Hajime: Yeah, well if it's a game may as well coop right? Is that how gamer speak? First Case: Chiaki: So let me get this straight, you kill over Teru Teru cooking? Akane: Yeah, it was delicious! Second case: Chiaki: So let me get this straight, you frame one of your boyfriends and kill your other boyfriend because you were fascinated with murderer? Sonia: I did! And I thought Gundam would have like it being all dark and mysterious. Third Case: Chiaki: Soooo, you want to kill these two because you want to spread hope? Komadae: In my defense, I was under influence like everyone else including your boyfriend. Fourth Case: Chiaki: I get it now, Byakya sacrifice himself and you were Nekomaru: Well, it's the only way to get all of you out. As ultimate class monitor, I will help my classmate even if it causes my life. Fifth Case: Chiaki: Well, if it's not me, not Hajime, or anyone else...Then it can only mean...SHE KILLED HERSELF! Everyone: WHHHHHAAAAAAATTTTT? Final Case: Chiaki: So can you please explain to yourself why you orchestrate this murder-dead game? Fuyoki: Because...I started to realized that we are in a simulator. The evidence for that...is your existance Chiaki Nanami! Chiaki: Oh I get it...Wait what? Hajime: What do you mean? She's real like the rest of us. Fuyohiko: Because I have discovered the files of the ultimate despair who made up class 2-A and in that class. There was a dead student. She is no other than Mrs Main Character herself, Chiaki Nanami.
For Peko's death and Mastermind Fuyuhiko, I could see some sort of combination of Sakura's death from V1 and Nagito's death. She either finds out or knew from the beginning that he was the mastermind and, towards the end of the game when the students are close to finding out the mastermind, she kills herself to throw them off the trail. Like, she kills herself and tries to frame another student but, since that student wasn't actually the murderer, if the rest of the group picks them in the trial they would have chosen wrong and lost the game.
Just imagine that scenario Gundham : the dark abyss has made me aware of your presence for some time now and i find it very displeasing Sonia : oh im sorry it’s just….um…well…i wanted to know if you and i can Gundham realized what she is going to say interrupts Gundham : before you finish that though I must inform you that the darkness is my mistress and i have minions i must watch or so i have no time for human company Sonia : oh i see well Gundham walks away will a sad look on his face know what he did was to spare soda of the heart break
Really interesting about chiaki being the main character. Reminds me of the Danganronpa 2 mangas that are povs of an character - being hajime, nagito, soda oddly, and of course chiaki - sadly not fully translated -nagito being the farthest in chp 3 - but in chiaki, it seem like she doesn't remember about being an a.i./her life
I've gotta say, Weeby's been getting pretty lucky with actual protagonists on these. Though, now I'm expecting her to get Kokichi as the V3 wheel protagonist, haha.

Headcanons for each wheel of fate decision: The protagonist, Chiaki, was designed to be an AI specialized in therapeutic practices by simulating the memories of the Remnants of Despair, but once the Monokuma Alter Ego program was uploaded to the Neo World Program, it also interfered with Chiaki's programming, causing her to forget she wasn't alive, and furthermore, an ally of the Future Foundation. First Trial: Once Monokuma announces the presence of a traitor among the class, distrust immediately sets in. Suspicion shrouds the judgement of everyone, but especially Akane, who attacks and ultimately murders Ibuki under suspicion that she was the mastermind. Once she realizes thar Monokuma wasn't deactivated upon her death, Akane realizes her mistake and tries to hide her shame, but is eventually found out during the trial and executed. Second Trial: Upon reaching the second island, stress among the class grows as nobody can predict now who would betray them next. Byakuya tries to confront the issue, stating that the anxiety of a murder will only accelerate the problem, but to little effect. And while Monokuma attempts to force their hands, the motive he gives would end up pointless as Gundham would be killed by a wound to his head. Sonia is shaken by his death, as they were growing close before his death. During this time, we'd also get some gradual character attachment between Hajime and Chiaki as they investigate, which would prove fruitful as they find out it was Sonia who did the deed. She disguised the murder as being the deed of a serial killer to attempt to throw suspicion off her trail. Once the trial is over, Sonia states that Gundham offered his life for her to survive. And he quoted, "the darkness of everyone clouds their judgement, and soon an unquenchable chaos will shroud this island. To you, Sonia, I offer my life as tribute. Perhaps my blood shall offer you amnesty from these terrible deeds of man, acts of which no lady- no, no mortal should ever have to witness. I am aware, however, that my sacrifice shall bring you great harm, and the parting will undoubtedly bring even greater agony, but I have chosen you to survive. For the name of Gundham Tanaka, you must live." She apologizes to Gundham before she too is executed. Third Trial: In an attempt to raise the spirits of everyone after the tragedy of the second trial, Byakuya arranges a party at the music venue. Now, at this point Nagito hasn't been shown to be insane, so this is where it gets fun. Two days after the party, after some heartwarming interactions with the cast, and with Teruteru finally shaping his act up and learning to keep his perverted side hidden most of the time, we see the dead bodies of Hiyoko and Mahiru laying next to each other, with Mahiru's hand layed atop Hiyoko's. The evidence shows that both of them suffered deep lacerations to the throat, though Mahiru had suffered several other injuries to her arms and torso, likely in a struggle. They check her camera only to find the film had been disposed of and the camera smashed. When the trial concludes, Nagito is accused as the blackened, stating that he murdered Hiyoko first, but Mahiru witnessed it happen, which then entered a bloody struggle as Mahiru tried to kill, or at least restrain, Nagito, but he got the upper hand and killed her. He is executed, but not before saying that hope would die if they could not triumph over the traitor. With his cryptic message, we close off trial 3. Fourth Trial: Starting off this chapter, Chiaki begins to remember things she never recalled before, namely memories of her life while she was alive, brought about by the Neo World Program transferring memories of her carried by the others. She discusses this with Hajime, who tries his best to understand or make sense of her sudden remembering of these events, but ultimately to no avail. They shrug it off as a bad dream and the story picks up. When they get trapped in the funhouse, Byakuya urges everyone to remain calm, ensuring them that there had to be a way out. If they got in there, after all, there had to be an exit. But as the days continued, hunger started to make everyone delusional, with Byakuya and Chiaki trying to keep a lid on the situation. But in the end, Byakuya is found dead at the center of the first floor of Grape House, apparently having died of internal injuries. The trial reveals that Nekomaru is the culprit, confessing that it was Byakuya who offered his life, a light mirror to the events of chapter 2. Byakuya knew it was irresponsible as a leader to lead everyone to their eventual deaths, and decided that a sacrifice had to be made. But he couldn't take his own life, so he asked Nekomaru to assist. Nekomaru commends Byakuya for his bravery, to which he replied, "I say the brave one is you, Nekomaru. At least you have the stomach for violence." Nekomaru responds, "In this moment, your bravery outshines everyone's. You're offering your life to save those you swore to protect, without a hint of regret on your face. Others might see you as foolish, but right now, I envy you." They shake hands before Nekomaru does the deed. Fifth Trial: After the events in the Funhouse, the group make a shrine dedicated to those that have died, vowing never to take another life, with the shrine as a reminder of that vow. Chiaki then tells Hajime that her dreams are getting worse, that sometimes she dreams of being in his body, or everyone else's, and Hajime tries to reassure her that they're just dreams. But then Chiaki states that every dream always takes place in Hope's Peak, to which Hajime as no response. Two days pass, with each day Peko becoming more distant. On the third day, nobody sees Peko at all, and Fuyuhiko checks on her, and urges everyone to come with him angrily. They all pile into her room to see her dead, a large blade wound on her neck and blood sprayed across the floor. But no sword to be found. Everyones' rooms are checked, but no matter where they look, the murder weapon eludes them. During the trial, it's eventually concluded that Fuyuhiko hid the sword after Peko killed herself. The guilt she carried by allying herself with the inciter of such tragedies eventually became too much, and to rid herself of her shame she committed suicide. In her way, this was her attempt to save Fuyuhiko. Final chapter: The crew enter the matrix and uncover the secrets of the island, with two truths being discovered: that Hajime is in the Reserve Department and that the world they live in is a simulation. Chiaki's anxiety suddenly grows as unease sets in with her, though she doesn't know why. That is, until the final trial. Junko reveals herself, as well as revealing that Fuyuhiko was the one who uploaded her to the Neo World Program and that she rewrote Chiaki to forget about her allegiance to the Future Foundation. Once the Forced Shutdown Sequence is revealed, surprisingly it's Chiaki who refuses to initiate it. She reveals her fear that she'll cease to exist once it happens, and that she'll forget about everyone, that she'll forget Hajime and vice versa. It's only until Hajime reassures her that it will be thanks to her that he'll remember, that even if he forgets everything there, he'll endeavor to remember her. Oh, and also Fuyuhiko uploaded Junko for pretty much the reason she gives in the video. The story ends with Chiaki's vision coming back to see Hajime's face, smiling at her through a camera, and with Kazuichi in the background working on a robotic body, a vessel for Chiaki to one day use, so she can stand with them again.

This feels very Gundham Tanaka of him. But he'd probably challenge her to a duel since he doesn't believe in giving up on life. Though I gotta wonder who takes care of the 4 Dark Devas after Sonia dies. Probably Kazuichi.
I have a few alternate ideas for Peko committing surprise party: - It’s a situation like with Sakura, where Peko was supposed to commit a murder, but got too attached to the other students to do it. - Perhaps Peko planned to kill everyone like Nagito did originally to help Fuyuhiko fulfill his plan with the game.
Peko saw herself as a tool with no space for feelings (even though she definitely had them) the whole time. She could have been willingly helped Fuyuhiko out with his Mastermind plan, then took her life at the end because well, her job is done. Which opens up possibilities for her having manipulated or influenced the other killings.
I think another thing that could add on to Imposter’s death, could be that he sacrifices himself because he knows that all of his classmates lives are real, while he’s pretending to be someone else. Imposter definitely values life and identity, so I believe to protect everyone, he’d take his life because he feels as if his fake identity can allow everyone’s life and self worth to shine on through.
Well, he'll be able to see his mother again, because in the original game, he killed the Imposter so he could get off Jabberwock Island to go back to his sick mother and the family restaurant.
Wouldn't it be amazing if Natsumi (Fuyuhikos little sister) was part of future foundation like Ryota? Having to bare the fact that she's the sister of the mastermind.
I'm just glad Hajime survived the entire time. While everyone else is concerned with the cases and mastermind, I'm just imagining how cute a side-kick Hajime would be.
I am absolutely in love (and absolutely depressed) with the idea that Peko took her own life because she found out the truth about Fuyuhiko! That bears so much emotional weight! But I think she might have also done it in the way that all the other suicide victims did it for, which was to end the killing game! So going by the idea that this is a type of ceremony thing for the yakuza by showing you are willing to cut all emotional ties, maybe Peko knew this or found this out during the time she found out Fuyuhiko was the Mastermind and other than the fact that she would be utterly devastated, she would also use that moment to try and put a stop the killing game once and for all; by having Fuyuhiko realize that HE killed Peko by her killing herself. Trying to stop the killing game by making him realize he just killed the person he loved most. A last ditch attempt by Peko to restore Fuyuhiko's humanity. And maybe this can be the way that they stop Fuyuhiko in the very end
My wheel was quite nuttier, I had Fuyuhiko as the protag and had still had the Ultimate Imposter as the Ch 1 victim and Mikan as the ch 3 killer and ironically enough had Nagito kill Hajime in Ch 4 and I too had Fuyuhiko as the mastermind with Peko as his intel
I don't really know what to say besides your reactions to these hypothetical chapters are so much fun. Feeding the algorithm! Looking forward to the V3 one!
A not so fun fact is that akane died earlier in this so that means nekomaru wouldn’t have that like robot body thing because of the only reason that happened was because of akane
Oh simple, Neko knew Fuyuhiko plan this event after feeling bored and went along with it. Fuyuki assure her that since this world is a simulator, everyone should be fine. However, as the event unfold, all the bond Neko build with other characters start to feel real so every death feel like a cut to the soul so to make Fuyuki stop the game, she kill herself. Fuyuki after seeing this, tried to stop but can't. The next best option was to come clean to everyone that he was the mastermind and he does the killing game to setitate his lingering ultimate despair side.
I decided to make an alternate-scenario for chapter 3 :) - Mahiru and Hiyoko had plans (kind of like the original) and nagito found out. Due to him wanting to cause a killing. Hiyoko showed up early, not knowing what was coming for her. Nagito was hiding somewhere, waiting for the best opportunity to strike. And the opportunity happened. He hit Hiyoko with a wrench, causing her to die immediately. Mahiru came a bit late, after she arrived she saw something dreadful. Hiyokos dead body, horrified before she could tell anyone what she saw, nagito hit her with the wrench aswell. Causing them to die together.
The first thing I thought of when thinking about Chiaki being the protagonist and probably still having the same twist of her being an AI is a kind of Roxas from the beginning of Kingdom Hearts 2 situation (IYKYK). Maybe instead of dying, she goes into a coma and an AI of her is created in hopes of uploading it into her real body and waking her up; and the conflict in the final trial can stay pretty much the same too, because they could make her think that the memories she made with everyone during the killing game would be lost if she got uploaded and she would effectively cease to be, even if her real self woke up.
Fuyuhiko, surviving trial after trial, starts to realize he doesn't want the rest of the students (and Peko) to die. However he can't stop the killing game from inside, so he reveals his secret to Peko, who, knowing he's going to die, sacrifices herself before he can reveal the truth to the others. At the end due to his guilt of losing Peko, he proposes a final trial for everyone.
A third explaination is that Peko killed herself to kill everyone to serve her master or show him that she loved them more than this and then he would be sad to see what she done to help him
Chiaki as a protagonist who is equally memory wiped could give you a wonderful dynamic with Monomi where the latter could converse with the former but suspiciously leaves statements that makes Monomi seem more malicious when you ignore the others are Remnants of Despair ("Just remember, they would not do right by you if they had your position." "You don't fully trust them, right? Monokuma means they are free to do whatever they want..."). Plus the finale ending with Alter Junko trying to convince Chiaki that there's no future for her beyond the program for Chiaki especially ("You really want to commit suicide for these remnants? Cause that's like, what'll happen ya'know!") Case 1 Akane kills Ibuki: Keeping to the theme of as canon viable as possible, the easiest way this would play out would be as an accident from Akane rough-housing with Ibuki. The trial might be played rather lax due to the resort setting and most the cast being either unsure how serious the bear is about execution and trial. Maybe the ease of its discovery and the light hearted behaviour of the more comical characters like, say, Teruteru, angers the mastermind and makes the execution especially brutal with Monokuma demonstrating a temper (foreshadowing the mastermind), "Do I have your attention NOW? You can't escape and deny it, you are in a killing game! You will kill, you will hunt the blackened, you will escape, you will accuse and you will one way or another see death! AM I CLEAR?!" Case 2 Sonia kills Gundham: We can't deny that we are in a killing game? Well fine, but that wasn't the only game that was in play in here. So the gang try to use the Heart-throbbing school trip as a cover over the killing game which frustrates the bear and has Monomi pleased that love is prevailing, cause you can't possibly kill in the name of love right? Everyone looks at Kazuichi when Gundham's corpse is revealed, on for the trial to show someone else to blame, Sonia. I would say that rather than the Sonia simping over Gundham deal, it would be more tragic if it was a "I want my love to be happy" case, where Sonia learned that Gundham was miserable in this gilded cage of Yabberwock Island. He thinks no one else truly cares for their lives enough to wish to escape and are just willingly submitting to the cage the bear has left them. Sonia decides to humour him with a hunt, the victim is free from prison and the killer tries to free themselves. Case 3 Nagito kills Saionji and Mahiru: What's more despairing than a murder? TWO MURDERS! Especially when everyone has basically been locked down by Imposter following the dramatic backfire of the last case. Now Imposter has assembled a squad to make no one leave their homes without their essential oversight. This angers Mahiru who thinks that the Imposter's guards are just stupid boys without their brains in their trousers (something Teruteru and Kazuichi don't help dissuading when standing with Nekomaru, Nagito and Imposter) and Saionji just gets loudly whiny about missing Mahiru. So naturally, with the luck of being able to win the straw draws of patrolling Mahiru and Saionji to set up his double murder, Nagito slips them letters from each other to make them sneak and meet in supposed secret, into a trap for Nagito to kill them. I read someone suggesting that Nagito should unfurl his chaotic hope loving self as a breakdown during this trial and I agree, up to this point you could have him act as a Makoto like hope child that earns some snark from Hajime when it gets too saccharine, only for Nagito to have the last word with knowing Hajime is a fraud with no talent whose opinion Nagito no longer cares for come the trial (a monokuma motive of everyone getting a secret about somebody else could be a brilliant reveal for this as well as letting Nagito use that motive as a prompt for the 2 victims to quickly get out and violate the lockdown. As for the secret of Chiaki, I would give that to Teruteru. While Kazuichi will have chilled on any of his less savoury characteristics following Sonia's execution, Teruteru would need a different prompt for him to develop, what better than knowing that Chiaki is a fake student sent by a shadowy organisation to harm them? After the trial it could make for a chilling stinger with Chiaki agreeing to have dinner with him, fans assuming it's a stunt for him to perv, only for him to show that his platter is the motive note that says "Chiaki is a fake student aligned with the Future Foundation." He eats the paper in front of her, "Ah don figure why you gon do us right like ya do cher, saving us from Monokuma's executions, so imma let you git along. But if I think you are bout a go hang us high..." Wipes his mouth with the napkin "watch your plate." And he leaves, trusting Chiaki for now and ultimately to the end of the killing game with his goofball nature now shielding his true colours as watching Chiaki like a hawk...even missing Mikan's most recent trip out of her own clothes the next morning. Case 4 Nekomaru murders Imposter: Seeing that up to this point, Leader Imposter has still been surviving up to this point and promising to keep everyone on the island alive, only to be smacked with failure each time. First case he tries to get everyone to forget that there is a killing game, Akane spoils that by killing Ibuki accidentally. Imposter encourages friend groups to make everyone too friendly to kill, the lovebirds murder each other and then trying the opposite? Cue Nagito manipulating bffs Mahiru and Saionji into their demises. To say Imposter is crest-fallen would be down-playing. He then gets rather weird, seemingly acting much more like, well, the original Togami, becoming distant and more combative to the class, as though deliberately motivating people to want him dead (Some vary from "dishonouring my family" to "stealing the last skewer right off my plate"). All of this is a plan to of course, fake a suicide where everyone was actually the murderer but the plan is foiled by Nekomaru after the atter actively tries to look for the unpopular leader, only to walk into the suicidal Imposter. Nekomaru tries to stop the plan since "your life matters too, idiot!" but a mix of determination from both sides causes Imposter to become injured to the point of bleeding out, only for Nekomaru to choose to live by his belief in self-preservation and coup-de-grace Imposter. Case 5 Peko kills herself: In feudal Japan, there was a special seppuku that would be performed in protest to a master's behaviour and question their fitness to rule. Needless to say, I can see Peko reaching this point watching the Mastermind go to the most recent motive of destroying the entire island until killings return. In her grip, her case 3 motive, a note on her master. Much like in DR1 however, a certain bear hides this to instigate a trial, only for the discovery of the suicide (which is admittedly going to be pretty quick if Mikan is sticking this game unless Monokum sabotage goes further) to lead into motive, this being protest of her master...the Mastermind of this game. The Mastermind is Fuyuhiko: So, how to keep the Program and such while adapting to Fuyuhiko? Well this time, the remnants of despair were a project of Fuyuhiko's making. A clique outside the Yakuza that gave Fuyuhiko a weapon to control it, tricking his friends into gang warfare for his benefit ("Sonia, tell your people that these informants were your recent kidnappers", "Say Hajime, your family got you on a big allowance, I need you to out bid a property my sister is eyeing up" etc), only to get them so immersed that both he and his friends become something wholly different, a criminal syndicate born from one classroom that engulfed all of Hope's Peak into its staff roll: Ultimate Despair. With the Future Foundation's help, the Yakuza detain these remnants of despair and the boss, still wanting his boy back, sets Fuyuhiko the ultimatum of kill off these friends who corrupted you and you can return to the family. The future foundation realise this too late and only upon the finale do they know enough to jump in and start shutdown...only for Fuyuhiko to set ultimatums to sease the shutdown, including warning Chiaki that she would die ultimately, and the restored remnants would never remember her to that her for it...even if they cared to.
Spoiler: mastermind and case 5 I think fuyuhiko demanded peko to kill, but she couldn’t kill any of the other s because of friendship. So, because she still sees herself as a weapon and her mixed emotions, she came to one conclusion: following her master’s command for the last time and protecting her friends by killing herself… And the reveal of her suicide would drive fuyuhiko in a despair inducing insanity…
I love the idea of Akane as the Ultimate Sinner!! Honestly it kind of makes sense! She can be the embodiment of the 7 deadly sins, and they show in her personality already: Gluttony with how she eats, Lust with her outfit, Pride or Wrath with her fighting... Maybe she killed to fulfill one of the sins? (Or maybe I'm going too Se7en here?)
Maybe the Case 1 for this trial could work better if there was a glitch in the neo-world program and Akane was never cleared of her Ultimate Despair behaviours before entering, or was perhaps only partially cleared of them. They could resurface during Chapter 1 which leads to her killing Ibuki.
Putting this as a comment before actually watching the rest of the video. Chiaki being the protagonist opens the door to such interesting narratives. If she’s still the ultimate gamer but isn’t a fake person or rather is always a real person even in the New World program, then we could have the store be about Chiaki who excels in video games but has a hard time adjusting to the real world. Her character arc Could be about her learning to connect with real people in deep ways and enjoying video games but knowing and learning how to behave and connect with real people in the real world. If she stays as a digital person, then the games narrative could also be a story about how someone who is a life is literally centred around the virtual world and gaming can become an actualized and real person capable of understanding and participating deep emotional human connections
Well spoiler for Danganronpa 3 if you plan to watch it, don't read after this sentince. If Chiaki was a real person and the Neo World program is used to correct Remant of Despair attitude, what exactly did Chiaki do in that time when she was ultimate despair? Did she create a Spike Chunsoft version of the bugster virus? Because everyone else talent can be devastating under right circumstance.
This is a fun wheel, I like how much effort you put into talking about the story possibilities. I love the Chapter 2 and 3 in this! Before we found out who the MASTERMIND is, I figured Peko would happily kill herself for Fuyuhiko. I mean, she kinda subs herself in for him in the actual game. Maybe it was to protect him in some way. I wonder what story arcs Teruteru or Mikan would have to go through to make it to the end. Kazuichi I think gets his development in Chapter 2 when his perfect image of Sonia shatters; he can be a symbol of the indirect pressure Sonia feels to prompt her to commit that second murder. Mikan I think is a story of personal growth and confidence in the face of such despair. Maybe her turning point is as simple as Chapter 3 where, after being bullied so much by Hiyoko, she begins to stand up for herself a little bit thanks to the influence of the main characters. When Hiyoko is killed by an even meaner Nagito, Mikan might feel sorry for her despite everything and really zero in on who deserves her kindness and devotion. Her selectivity could become her making new friends with the main protagonists/survivors, and standing up for what she wants more. Teruteru's a difficult one, oof. Maybe we see the same desperation from the game come in and we realize this lecherous chef is just as weak as anyone else; to juxtapose how he cares for others with his cooking, the survivors must care for him a bit. We find out he really wants to see his Mom again. Different to the original game where this goes unrealized until it's too late, in light of one of the murders we focus in on Teruteru a bit and help him through.
I did an SSBU version of this based on the most popular fighters. Here is how it went. The original protagonist was Chrom. Chapter 1: Wolf was killed by Roy. Chapter 2: Hero committed suicide. Chapter 3: Ganondorf and Cloud were killed by Joker. Chapter 4: Bayonetta was killed by Chrom. The new protagonist was Inkling. Chapter 5: Link was killed by Terry, as the mastermind behind the game was Ike. The survivors were Young Link, Snake, Marth, Inkling, and Banjo-Kazooie.
@@NiiRubra meanwhile Hajime: Hey Chiaki, what’s your stand on a guy who have no talent, Chiaki: Don’t worry Hajime, you are still my best of friend and my trusty detective even if that’s not your talent
Great scenario creation! I was low key hoping she'd roll for who the Ultimate Hope/Izuru was and if it didn't hit Hajime what kind of scenario that could have been. Would have been very interesting I think!
I think Teruteru would have been less pervy because most of the cast would talk some sense into him then he would be very brave in the trials maybe try to help more then after a while in chapter 5 maybe Teruteru could have gotten killed but obliviously he didn’t so the real chapter 5 victim would die and he would be spared then he would become a survivor
My stupid, sleepy brain trying to make the low quality YTP/Meme version of this scenario Protagonist Introduction Chiaki: "Hi guys, I'm a pro gamer and we're trapped in island forced to slay each other like in Fortnite" Chapter 1: Ibuki: "Yay foods om nom nom nom" Akane: "Ayo those are mine. Hey!" *smacks Ibuki, accidentally killed her* Chapter 2: Gundham: "Beasts of darkness. Sing me the melody of absolute chaos" Sonia: "What?. He has the power to command animals. But I'm the Disney Princess here!" *kills Gundham in jealousy* Chapter 3 Hiyoko: "Nagito is sooo annoying that I want put a gag on his mouth and bop his head with all my might" Mahiru: "Ayy, better stay away from that bagel devouring guy" Nagito: "Ahhh~ my opportunity to create hopes. Hahhhahaha!" *yeets them with stabby boi* Chapter 4: Twogami: "Bodyfat is more important" Nekomaru: "Nah brah, muscle mass is more important" *Mechamaru blown up by Minecraft TNTs* Chapter 5 Peko: "Hey guys, I received a divine vision from alternate reality where young master smeared the floor with pepto bismol using a knife. Let me demonstrate" *stabs* Mikan: "B-but, that's your sword, n-not your..." Peko: "Oh" *realizes she was using her sword and instantly dies* Mastermind Introduction Fuyuhiko: "Yo chumps, I'm baby gangsta except I'm actually gangsta now" Survivors Survived Chiaki: "I'm sorry Hajimeme but I'm a code and now you have to get a real gf" Hajime: "Chiaki, no! I refused to join the 'I'm in love with AI' club with Hifumi" Mikan: "Hehe, I'm glad we're alive. I can't imagine myself as a murderer, I'd have a really boring execution" Kazuichi: "Man, I feel like I've been doing this crap twice" Teruteru: "Alright Hajime, to get drugged"
Imagine Nagito’s luck saves him from dying during his execution so he is put back in the game by Monokuma in hopes of another killing happening (the chances of Nagito been killed by a fellow classmate to avenge Hiyoko and Mahiru are pretty high). If anyone could survive an execution, it would be Nagito which is something I’d love to see.
I think that chapter 2 could be like what happened with Mondo and Chihiro where Sonia gets stressed out by the motive (a new version of Twilight Syndrome in this case) and ends up killing Gundam in a fit of rage, but Kazuichi covers up every thing for her without she even knowing
A theory I had for Peko is that the motive is “all or nothing” in a way. Basically if you didn’t kill you’d get a live video of the most important thing in your life being demolished. It’s the most avoidable motive, yet the most damaging in a way. Especially if you consider who’s living currently. Except, for peko it’s fuyuhiko, a faked letter saying how he’s gonna take his own life soon due to all his connections. He’s given up and doesn’t want to see his friends, and especially peko, get hurt. Of course, the letter is fake and Fuyuhiko got the same one, except it’s “made by peko”. She takes her own life writing a note, saying “Young master, no. Fuyuhiko. I know everyone matters to you. I know how you truly are, and I know what I’m doing, or WAS doing. I’m sorry I had to end it like this. Please, continue to grow and bond, for me and clan. I love you. -Pekoyama” Fuyuhiko in the trial keeps fighting Chiaki, yelling and screaming that she, Peko pekoyama, wouldn’t commit suicide. It ends at Fuyuhiko voting himself whilst everyone else votes Peko. Although he voted wrong he still lives. (I did this cause I’m pretty sure Taka voted himself and not Mondo and he still lived) He becomes more social (or at least tries to be) and he carries the burden of Pekos life. Forever. That is, until mastermind spin chose him 😒
I'm now dubbing this AU the "All lights will fade" plot. Where positive people and relationships (Ibuki, Gundham, Mahiru and Hiyoko, Nekomaru, Imposter) turn into sources of misery due to the tragic actions of dark sided people (Akane, Nagito, Sonia, Fuyuhiko). I'd like to believe that the reason Teruteru, Kazuichi, Hajime, and Mikan make it out of this alive is because they do not lean in any direction. They are not indefinitely optimistic nor eternally despair. Chiaki likely recognizes this pattern if she's an AI and her coding indicates to her that she may want to stick close to the balanced people more than the others, thus igniting her storyline with Hajime.
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair AU (based on this wheel and Weeby's own ideas and a couple other comments) Akane can actually have a very similar motivation to Teruteru. If I remember correctly,Akane has younger siblings to care for, knowing her memories are gone, knowing the possibility is been *years* she grows desperate and goes for the easier target,Ibuki. She's found out,and it's not like she liked doing it,but she had to see her siblings, she had to see they were okay, they need her and she hates to imagine them worried over why she never came back home. But alas, she's found out,and executed Sonia Nevermind was one to indulge in certain things,as a princess, she represses emotions and the like, her people must see her as strong and capable since she's a figure of authority and grace. Her parents were slight enablers,as long as she was happy and it stayed within the castle walls then it'd be fine. She came across at some point across Genocide Jack,a killer known for going after "cute boys" (this also works if this AU is the same reality as the first video,as Toko/Genocide Jill was the Mastermind). With her crush on Gundham developing, and her unsure of what to do about it,she goes ahead and makes a copycat crime. He's a cute boy,and she loves him. A princess who wanted her storybook romance, going about it in the worst possible way... During Chapter 3,this is interesting as is easy to keep Nagito in character. He went after Mahiru since it would bring despair to Hiyoko. Hiyoko discovered him so he killed her as well. Two friends dead when trying to protect each other,oh how much despair, with such despair falling on the group then hope will shine brighter than ever before. "Byakuya Togami" swore to protect everyone and not let them become victims... He's failed,he has failed three consecutive times and by now out of 16 students 5 are dead. Now they're trapped, they all could die. He's done,he's not letting anyone else die even if a sacrifice must be made, cause he'll gladly take that burden. Nekomaru comes across him ready to end it all,and instead they fight cause he refuses to let him die just like that without a fight. And that's how the Ultimate Impostor dies, and Nekomaru gladly takes the punishment for what he's done. Peko Pekoyama works to serve Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu. But she didn't expect herself to actually get attached, not just to him,but to all her classmates. It is too much to deal with, and thus she ends her own life unable to choose who to be loyal to. For Fuyuhiko this could go two ways,on one hand he commits to the despair and to being the heartless mafia boss and is defeated,or he could come to regret everything he's done and decide he'll do everything in his power so everyone awakens to make up for it For little extras: Hajime still got the Ultimate Ultimate deal probably. I'm keeping everyone discovering they're inside a program because of the remnants of despair deal. That arc is similar but he's not the protag anymore so I'm not sure how it would go Chiaki,as an AI starts to worry about not being the same as her classmates, worrying about how once this is all over they'll continue their lives without her. She could either end up waving goodbye with a smile, accepting and feeling happy hope came out on top. Or they could all promise her they'll find a way to keep her around (maybe do like with Alter Ego and she's in a laptop or something lol) Mikan learns her self-worth and as the story progresses the "tripping" running gag dies down until it is nonexistent. Teruteru starts drinking his respect women juice and isn't a goddamn pervert anymore

Oh god-
Or the remaining students could knock sense into him and he develops as a character
I mean, ya could probably develop Teruteru as a character and have him question his perverted side, eventually making him an actually respectful individual in that regard. Something the actual DR2 didn't have time to do cuz... ya know, death
That was a gag for memorability
They'd probably allocate that to ibuki instead.
Yeah, unless Weeby can change their characters where Teruteru is actually a decent human being(he can still be flirty, just not to a creepy extent) and Mikan not being sexualized in this AU.
I like the idea Peko never expected to grow so close to everyone and maybe she was expected to kill someone kinda like Sakura was but she couldn't
So she killed herself instead.
And it would also make sense for her to be the traitor since she's the one Fuyohiko can trust the most. She kills herself not because of the surprise, but because of the toll the secret has took on her
Yeah, like she didn’t want to go against Fuyuhiko but couldn’t kill her friends either
Fitting that Chiaki is the protagonist here vs Kyoko in the first game!
Also: “Fuyupeko’s lasting so long!” And you jinxed it DX
Now we better get Kaede for V3
Also, something to note regarding Chapter 4: that’s when the other students find out about the last killing game, and that, “Byakuya,” (or whoever Ultimate Imposter is impersonating this time around) participated in the last game.

If we have to deal with Teruteru creeping on Mikan so long in this game he'd better have a "respec wamen" arc.
Agreed or else we riot. Seriously I would hope he would have an arc because he would just be a terrible choice for a survivor if he didn’t develop.
He probably would learn to respect woman and most likely apologize and would be a great friend!
A good full story for this
Honestly Fuyuhiko as a more sympathetic mastermind would be interesting to see.
Akanes exc:a series of jumps seperates her and her sister and she jumps through all of them but right before she Reaches her sisters the platform falls and she died
Sonias exc;she is put on guillotine and is pegged with vegetables which turn into cans which turn into various items of increasing hurt until the guillotine snaps her head off
Nagitos exc: there's 3 series of doors he opens one. A knife shoots out which makes small cut. Monokuma expected this 3 more doors pop up he chooses one. Another small cut this repeats as he becomes more and more wounded and then he finally collapses (this could've been just torture or just nagitos “luck” at work)
Genuinely don't know for nekomaru
Chiaki as a protagonist is something I’ve wanted for YEARS, I love it so much 💗
Great job!👏
I was thinking it would fit both Akane and Ibuki’s personalities if the murder was a complete accident, something more along the lines of Akane not knowing her own strength, and having to go forward with trying to cover up her tracks anyway because of how the killing game works
@@ashenwolf98That’s a good scenario too!!
@@ashenwolf98nd since Akane isn't really the smartest from the main cast.
It will kinda make sense why this is a tutorial/first case. As most of the time they arent that hard to solve.
Ibuki stole Akane's food

How would an UDG wheel even work? Provide the order of who you fight during the game?

Peko learns that Fuyuhiko is the mastermind via the Octagon’s records, and that through her life she was serving and protecting the person pushing this killing-school trip.

Headcanons for each wheel of fate decision:
The protagonist, Chiaki, was designed to be an AI specialized in therapeutic practices by simulating the memories of the Remnants of Despair, but once the Monokuma Alter Ego program was uploaded to the Neo World Program, it also interfered with Chiaki's programming, causing her to forget she wasn't alive, and furthermore, an ally of the Future Foundation.
The wheel of this au is more emotional than the first one. So many ships were broken
as someone whos second favorite ship in the entire franchise is sondham, the events of chapter 2 PHYSICALLY HURT MY SOUL.
if fuyupeko have an ending like this im SUING THE WHEEL-
edit: ………….someone get me in CONTACT WITH THIS WHEELS LAWYER WHY AM I GENUINELY ANGRY AT THE FACT I JINXED IT 😭😭😭😭
Personally I think Gundham would help Sonia win the trial by killing him and becoming an accomplice idk
This feels very Gundham Tanaka of him. But he'd probably challenge her to a duel since he doesn't believe in giving up on life.
Though I gotta wonder who takes care of the 4 Dark Devas after Sonia dies. Probably Kazuichi.
Dangaronpa chapter 3: when the killer is a psycho
Weeby: 11:01
Me: all acording to keikaku
I have a few alternate ideas for Peko committing surprise party:
- It’s a situation like with Sakura, where Peko was supposed to commit a murder, but got too attached to the other students to do it.
Best boy.
And Nidai instead of trying to get away from the crime. He will be trying to conceal the impostors identity to honor him.
I wasn't expecting TeruTeru to survive
Well, he'll be able to see his mother again, because in the original game, he killed the Imposter so he could get off Jabberwock Island to go back to his sick mother and the family restaurant.
Wouldn't it be amazing if Natsumi (Fuyuhikos little sister) was part of future foundation like Ryota? Having to bare the fact that she's the sister of the mastermind.
Poor girl😣
If Sato hadn't *murdered her* in the *Despair Arc* of _Danganronpa 3,_ that is.
I'm just glad Hajime survived the entire time. While everyone else is concerned with the cases and mastermind, I'm just imagining how cute a side-kick Hajime would be.
Imagine being scouted by hopes peak academy for being “ultamite sinner” lmao so bizarre
You gotta really screw something up for gundham to call YOU weird
I mean, I prefer Akane having a similar situation to TeruTeru where Akane killed to get out to get her siblings. Especially if the motive was money
Can't wait for V3 but wheel decide their fate!
I'm hoping that Rantaro would be the protagonist and Korekiyo or Kokichi as the mastermind. Shiuchi should be the first or second victim.
@@TheExileFox I'm hoping for Himiko to be the protagonist
This was an incredible AU Weeby. I'm excited to see the next one.
WEEBY NO, I HADN'T FULLY PREPARED MYSELF YET 😭😭
The fact that Kyoko and Chiaki were both protags is crazy, I bet that Saihara will be the next one to continue the trend lmao
I can’t wait for the V3 version! I really hope my man K1-B0 survived!
A not so fun fact is that akane died earlier in this so that means nekomaru wouldn’t have that like robot body thing because of the only reason that happened was because of akane
I could see soniya’s trial kind of with the same motive like Kirumi
Great content glad to see you spinnign the wheel again
....oh God I just came up with the perfect explanation for the Peko suicide and it's so fucked up.
What if Fuyuhiko flat out ordered her to?
Holy mondo word heck ( I’m not a fan of swearing☺️)
That's it! You are the genius. That scenario completely fits. Thank You
Akane: "Oh cool, there's one cream puff left!"
Runs up to it.
Ibuki: Casually walks up. "Oh cool, cream puff." Eats it.

I decided to make an alternate-scenario for chapter 3 :)
- Mahiru and Hiyoko had plans (kind of like the original) and nagito found out.
Considering Mikan is one of the survivors, I'm sure most of the time the investigations would go by so quickly like damn
How?
@@midnalazuli793 Her talent
@@IvanDubsK7
What good did her talent ever do in identifying the culprit?
@A29 Wilbert Jonah Aurelius
Yeah, but neither of those times directly linked the murder to Teruteru or Peko respectively.
I am living for this series, both of my main favorites were protags. First Kyoko, now Chiaki
Cause that's like, what'll happen ya'know!")
Case 1 Akane kills Ibuki: Keeping to the theme of as canon viable as possible, the easiest way this would play out would be as an accident from Akane rough-housing with Ibuki. AM I CLEAR?!"
Case 2 Sonia kills Gundham: We can't deny that we are in a killing game?
Poor Chiaki
Spoiler: mastermind and case 5
I think fuyuhiko demanded peko to kill, but she couldn’t kill any of the other s because of friendship. So, because she still sees herself as a weapon and her mixed emotions, she came to one conclusion: following her master’s command for the last time and protecting her friends by killing herself…
And the reveal of her suicide would drive fuyuhiko in a despair inducing insanity…
Decided to try this.

Teruteru making it to the end makes me so incredibly happy
Easily my favorite spin the wheel yet ;v; My boy can see his mom again
I love the idea of Akane as the Ultimate Sinner!! Honestly it kind of makes sense! She can be the embodiment of the 7 deadly sins, and they show in her personality already: Gluttony with how she eats, Lust with her outfit, Pride or Wrath with her fighting... Maybe she killed to fulfill one of the sins? (Or maybe I'm going too Se7en here?)
My two favorite characters dying chapter 1. This is what true despair feels like.
This is such a fantastic idea! Can't wait for protagonist Kokichi Ouma in the V3 version. 🤣
As soon as I saw fuyuhiko as the masterminding said;
“Imma head out”
I did an SSBU version of this based on the most popular fighters.
Hello Midori, I appriciate you taking your time to accompany weebynewz and teach her the ropes

Great scenario creation! I was low key hoping she'd roll for who the Ultimate Hope/Izuru was and if it didn't hit Hajime what kind of scenario that could have been. Would have been very interesting I think!
I wanna know what Teruteru's character arc would have been considering in this he had the ENTIRE game to change.
My stupid, sleepy brain trying to make the low quality YTP/Meme version of this scenario
Protagonist Introduction
Chiaki: "Hi guys, I'm a pro gamer and we're trapped in island forced to slay each other like in Fortnite"

Chapter 5
Peko: "Hey guys, I received a divine vision from alternate reality where young master smeared the floor with pepto bismol using a knife. Let me demonstrate" *stabs*
Mikan: "B-but, that's your sword, n-not your..."
Peko: "Oh" *realizes she was using her sword and instantly dies*

Chiaki: "I'm sorry Hajimeme but I'm a code and now you have to get a real gf"
Hajime: "Chiaki, no! I refused to join the 'I'm in love with AI' club with Hifumi"
Mikan: "Hehe, I'm glad we're alive. I can't imagine myself as a murderer, I'd have a really boring execution"
Kazuichi: "Man, I feel like I've been doing this crap twice"
Teruteru: "Alright Hajime, to get drugged"
Soda would totally be a big suspect in that second trial, as well!
How are all these rolls so perfect

So I guess Hajime still has main character plot armor, even though he's not the main character.
Love the change in font for the spoiler warning, I think this difference fits very well with the games ^v^
I’d like to say in a separate comment that this was a fun video! Thank you for making it!
I imagine that peko could of maybe had a Sakura style death
The chapter 2 deaths giving me Super Danganronpa Another chapter 4 vibes, I cry
I think its sad bcos id imagine that Sonia’s last words would be: “I just wanted to be a normal girl…”
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair AU (based on this wheel and Weeby's own ideas and a couple other comments)
Akane can actually have a very similar motivation to Teruteru. But alas, she's found out,and executed
Sonia Nevermind was one to indulge in certain things,as a princess, she represses emotions and the like, her people must see her as strong and capable since she's a figure of authority and grace.
For Fuyuhiko this could go two ways,on one hand he commits to the despair and to being the heartless mafia boss and is defeated,or he could come to regret everything he's done and decide he'll do everything in his power so everyone awakens to make up for it
For little extras:
Hajime still got the Ultimate Ultimate deal probably. I'm keeping everyone discovering they're inside a program because of the remnants of despair deal. That arc is similar but he's not the protag anymore so I'm not sure how it would go
Chiaki,as an AI starts to worry about not being the same as her classmates, worrying about how once this is all over they'll continue their lives without her. She could either end up waving goodbye with a smile, accepting and feeling happy hope came out on top. Or they could all promise her they'll find a way to keep her around (maybe do like with Alter Ego and she's in a laptop or something lol)
Mikan learns her self-worth and as the story progresses the "tripping" running gag dies down until it is nonexistent. Teruteru starts drinking his respect women juice and isn't a goddamn pervert anymore
