Since 2012, Alba English School has aimed to provide the best English classes to international students in Edinburgh and help them make the best of their time in Scotland.
We are located in a beautiful traditional Scottish building in the heart of Edinburgh. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality courses but always affordable. With a decade of experience, our admin team will help you plan your stay, find accommodation, learn English, and have fun.
We have a fantastic team of committed, dynamic, experienced and qualified teachers. We believe in valuable lessons that students can engage in, learn in and enjoy with lots of activities for interactive learning. We are British Council Accredited.
We offer part-time and full-time courses. You can study General English, Business English or Academic English (IELTS, FCE, CAE, CPE, TOIEC). We offer flexibility to all our students. They can change their timetable using our student portal.
All students have access to the social programme to continue their learning journey outside the classroom. We offer a minimum of two weekly activities in the low season and up to five weekly activities in summer.
