    We caught up with Robby Andrews and his coach Jason Vigilante (Princeton University) to film his workout the week leading up to the 2016 Millrose Games where Robby set a new PR in the mile running 3:53!

      @@adam_fogg Short answer, there lots I skip. I only follow a few of what I consider the best ones. Helps my motivation to run hard solo during lock down where I live. Keep up the grind, Adam!

    Robby looks a lot my high school teammate and runs like him...scary. Our coach decided to make us do two workouts. Running the 400, 400IH and 800 distances I had to add my teammates workout for endurance and he run mine for sprinting. It kicked the shit out of me but it helped in the end.

      To help with both sides of the body keep balance. When you constantly turn left, your left side gets a lot of impact.
