Vevor makes another kit that comes with 2 better saws they are black and have stabilizers at each end of the blade. Look up the 27 ft complete saw and pruning kit i just ordered one for $89

I have used the wooden pole pruners for various jobs. They work well when you can't reach limbs by other means. They do take some getting used to but they are effective. Thanks for the video!

    28 foot ladder works great.

saw blades on most if not all makes are curved for a reason. They work ok on the right wood and when the branch has less flex e.g.cut nearer trunk or main branch. Its also a case of getting the angle on the blade right. Once the blade has dulled they need replacing

Interesting garden tool but I can see the awkwardness of the pruning saw being at the end of a long pole. I wouldn't have the strength to get good leverage with something like that. Great effort though on your part!

Yeah I think it’s just the wrong angle, if it was more straight at the end would have no problem! But will use it for the pruner bit on jobs

Its angled so when you pull down its cutting as much of the top of the branch as possible. As it starts to cut the weight of the branch will cause the cut to open and then it gets easier to saw

You wont ever get horizontal with the branch so your strongest force is to pull down (work with the blade)
