Eggs dont go off that quick. I store eggs out of the fridge and still fine 3 or even 4 weeks later.

I bought a microwave omelette maker from B&M for £1.49. Absolutely brilliant and only take a few minutes. I got another one for the staff canteen at work and everyone has been using it. Same with the micro egg-poacher! 👍👍
