im on the fence between this book, and a book by scribbles that matter.. Decisions Decisions.... great video though. Enjoy the reviews. Book looks great, i loved the book he wrote as well was a nice read. Big fan of the Bullet Journal system. I don't take my book with me daily, unless im out of town but i love starting my day and ending my day with the Bujo.
I got one of these a little while back and am so pleased with it. I have opened and explored it but not begun using it as of yet, it is just so nice. Congratulations on your affiliation and also, thank you for such a concise and thorough review of the v2.
Really glad to see your enthusiasm for this amazing notebook! I have the black and the pink one! Really excited to use these although I am using an Archer & Olive B5 for 2022 to try the bigger size! So funny considering my beef against their too heavy paper but I just won’t be using my fine nibs in it.
@@markyourpages absolutely! There are so many things to try. I never wanted to use A&O before because my bullet journals have to last the entire year but now I’ve truncated my bullet journaling style to not use so many pages per month so that’s opened up a lot of choices for me I would not have considered before. Speaking of trying different things, I really appreciated your video showing how people can use the bullet journal system in a lined notebook! It’s not all about stickers, and stamps and ephemera -but can just be purely functional. The bullet journal system is very forgiving! 🙏🏻
Thanks for checking out the video. You are going to see a lot of what's in my journals on my Flip Through videos here on youtube, and alot of details in my Instagram. Many times when i am doing a review or overview it's just high level and maybe a pen swatch page. Hope that is helpful.
All right Mark, good review. You convinced me to give it a try. Have used 3 Baron Fig Clear Journals and love them except for the outside cover material (petty I know).... Figure it's time to try Ryder's at least once. Thanks.
@@zucchini3857 I have never tried this one. Only the clear journal. I’m inclined to stay with BF clear journal since it’s so familiar now. More custom pages I expect now.
Congrats on your affiliation!! Yes, you did do a great job explaining the journal. It is sssooooo gorgeous 😃 I am so tempted to buy one, I just wish they would put out a 160 gms one. Do you think they would ever consider it? I know their journals are geared for the traditional journalists, but maybe they could include one in their line for those of us who want the artistic side. Also, that could go a long way in promoting a “ let’s all get along” attitude! Well, it’s just wonderful to see how it and you are evolving! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
120 was a step for them and a good one. You can still use alot of the same materials from a 160, there is just sight ghosting. I did a pen test with the 120. Gsm from LT. Same paper so you can see the comparison
Nooooooo! I don’t want 160 gsm because I like to use my fountain pens and 160 is just too thick for us more minimalist bullet journalers. Please, we don’t want the archer and love fan girls to take over the LT1917 space.
Hi Mark, great video. I'm a new BuJo'er, so I'm about to purchase my first bullet journal. Is your code still valid? I wanted to ask before I attempt to make a purchase with it. Thanks!
Whaaaaat?! Congrats on becoming an affiliate! Haven't even finished the video, I just wanted to congratulate you lol

Thanks for checking it out. I’ve heard good things about STM notebooks. Sounds like a good buy.

Just purchased my 2nd one last week! It is my favorite notebook ever...lol. For my next one I know where to get a discount now. Congratulations.🎉
I definitely need to add this to my wish list.
Thanks so much. It’s really such an upgrade.

One of the best parts of this space is being able to try different things to see what you like.

It would be nice to see entries in the videos you create in addition to formats but thank you for the video, it is still useful for us newbies

It’s a good one. A lot of great features including the 120g paper.
If uve tried this edition, would u recommend it or would u rather recommend baron figs clear journals?

I wish more journals would give at least a page a day, but I've been a loyal user of the journal I use every year for years only for that one reason.
You have to find what works for you. I love that’s you have and stick with it. Make it work for you 💯

Can you do a pen test please Mark?
He tested the 120 GSM of the Leuchtturm here ruclips.net/video/Rx8idcoQ_Mo/видео.html
Yeah, I’ll follow up with this one.
