    I have to say if you are a beginner or using a minimalistic style journal the Leuchtturm 1917 notebook is perfect! This is the notebook I started with and now that I’m doing more creative stuff in my journal I’m love my Archer and Olive notebook for that 🥰🥰 Really depends on what you need!

    I loved using the Edition 2 notebook more then I had expected! I covered up the preprinted headings at the beginning with washi and labels so I could use all pages as I wished to. The paper quality is really good and I’m loving the mid page markings, soooo helpful! I’ll be buying a new one for my next work bujo, but for my personal bujo I think I prefer thicker and whiter pages.

    I'm using the notebook at the moment and am quite happy with it! I don't really like 160gsm paper and was quite surprised about the quality of the 120 gsm. I'd love it to be more on the white side but given the choice between thickness and colour I'd always opt for 120 gsm over whiteness (is that an English word?🤔) I also have the 120gsm LT1917 - non Bullet Journal Edition already sitting on my desk, so I guess I will try this from June onwards. Thumbs up for the notebook from me😊
    And: Well done, Jess, on the pronounciation of "Denken mit der Hand"! It appears that "Leuchtturm" is one of the very hard words for non- native German speakers, so don't worry, we all know what you're talking about!😉

      I‘m also currently in the LT BuJo 2 edition and will switch to the non-BuJo version in September. 😂 Bujo-Twins.
      Think I will miss the extra Dots marking the halfes and thirds. But the BuJo version was just not available in the shop I went a few weeks ago 🤷🏼‍♀️

    I’ve actually been working in this edition so far this year. I’ve been enjoying it, for my needs. Finally loving the spacing gap around the edge of the pages after hating that wide white space. It took me cutting tabs into that white space to get there, though.

    I love Leuchtturm notebooks. 120gsm paper is my happy place. 80 was manageable but I’m happy that 120 is part of their new collection now. Cream paper is great for journaling outside, which I do quite often. These notebooks are available in almost every stationery store (in Netherlands) and are sold for cheaper than online. I was surprised to find also Bullet Journal edition 2 in my local store for the same price as any other Leuchtturm notebook. I bough both version - black and pink. I’m mostly using bullet journal method as it was intended so pre printed key or headers are not an issue.
    Also love your channel. I heard your name like 100 times across stationery universe and somehow subscribed just couple days ago 😵‍💫

    Putting a pad of sticky notes (unused) or sticky notes that you wrote somewhere else (some other time) and migrated that info into your bullet journal. And then you could archive the used post it note in the back. I also tend to put sensitive info on a post it in the pocket and shred it later when that info changes or isn't needed anymore.

    • @JashiiCorrin
      @JashiiCorrin  2 года назад +1

      That makes sense! I typically don't store bulk notes in my journal, just maybe 1-3 stuck onto the inside over 🤔 the back pocket I more-so use for papers and notes that aren't sticky 😝💜

    take it from a native-german speaker, your LT pronunciation is excellent 😎
    first time I treated myself to the original (blue) BuJo this year, edition 1 however, and I do miss the pen loop of my previous books!
    note: due to the ghosting in my edition 1 I had to stop using highlighters and stamps, which makes it more minimal. which I like, but after this review i'd definitely look into getting the edition 2 next time 👍

    Good job with the German pronunciation, Jess! I love the quality of the Leuchtturm notebooks and prefer 120 gsm to 160 gsm. The blush version is a beautiful unobtrusive pale pink. For everybody who doesn´t like the premade key etc.: They have a plain 120 gsm version (203 pages, 2-page-index). This version has 26x36 boxes which I prefer because I like to do double-page spreads. So I do not really like that the official Bujo Edition 2 does have wider margins left and right with 24x36 boxes.
