Just a quick note on tracking expenses. GET A RECEIPT FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU SPEND. I was in business for 23 years and it just becomes habit to get a receipt every time you fill gas, eat in a restaurant, or buy something in a store. I use Quickbooks to track income and expenses and the reports lay out very well your profit/loss.
Yes! I keep receipts in my dropbox filed by category (same as each expense category) into folders- some people choose to just let the credit card statements act as receipts but it's important to always track everything!

Could you tell me what cellos you have and your journey with all your cellos why you got them and at what stages as im thinking of getting a cello i love electric cello but want a good one but hope to get one for a good price but wont be disapointed with and have to upgrade down the line. UK fan.
