    This is perfect timing! My wife is recovering from surgery on her leg so the floor parts we can do on the bed and the rest from a chair. This is SO low impact that it should be perfect for both my wife and myself. Thank you SO much!!!

    This is a very tranquil and serene video. And these stretches are very helpful with low stress on our joints. Even for someone that is not limber. Thank you so much for sharing this with us

    Thank you for showing this to us. Im 60 years old an I have chronic pain. My bow arm shoulder always starts hurting this will help a lot!!!!!

    Hi sweetheart from a grumpy old and very high milage warhorse with three ruptured cervical discs and a lumbar spine that's even worse (two levels fused the rest herniated and/or ruptured) you may want to check out the Sounders neck stretching device (insurance may pay for it if prescribed by a doctor) Mines kept the neurosurgeons at bay and me reasonably active for almost 10 years. Great video with awesome, realistic and very safe stretches.

      I actually do have a traction device that I use sometimes! Regular stretching really helps though! Thank you!! x

    This is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing this! I have a lot of difficulty with strength when playing the cello. Are there any exercises you do to strengthen your back and arms?
