Also , content creators will also face greater competition as more and more people will jump on the bandwagon. Only 10% are credible the rest are just copycats or B.shitters.

For example, when Chris Heria starts talking abt nutrition or squats, when AthleneX talks abt his products, everything goes wrong. They should just stick to what they're good at. I mean if u will go out of your way to buy and use fake weights why would u disclose that u get testosterone from your doctor or something else not illegal but that gives u an edge in looking like he does which is just not maintainable for most people( not saying he is for sure or anything but now I have suspicion where if he didn't lie about the weights I'd never have had.)

The whole argument of not being in better shape is so bad. You don't need to be better than someone to provide information. Like was Bob Bowman a better swimmer than Phelps? No. He was still an excellent coach. Was Cus a bettet boxer than Tyson? Again no. Is Phil Heath/Brandon Curry/Big Ramy's coach a better bodybuilder than each of them? No. You don't need to be better than to coach.
Secondly, Jeff is a physical therapist. That on paper does not qualify him on topics of nutrition - which is the topic Sean is talking about. Also, if you really care about knowledge, how about you look at these contrasting opinions and go read the available literature to decide which of the two seems to be more inline with current scientific knowledge right now?

Now about Sean's supplements i have read some negative things about caffeine like addiction and that's why pre workouts without caffeine start to get on the scene but overall as far as his omega 3s and multivitamin are concerned they are by far the best I have found even if there was another company's product with similar or higher doses I really doubt that it would be less than triple the price compared to Sean's so in conclusion just a little "worried" about caffeine and that's I would like to hear Sean's perspective about caffeine free pre workouts but overall Sean offers EXCELLENT products!!!

Regardless of the brand, this was very informative - thanks. Could you do a workout program using functional trainers (cable machines) as a future video series?

Wow Athlean X has really unravelled this year. 18 months ago he was on a pedestal as a trustworthy source

If knowledge/truth/evidence is what you look for in the health & fitness industry, and if you look long and hard enough, you will eventually find it. You will also see through a lot of the bullshit. Jeff Cavaliere being one of them.

@@jamesperez6785 unfortunately I bought into Jeff's Cavaliers nonsense for too long. It's sad that one of the most popular fitness youtubers actually dosen't have any idea what he is doing, used fake weights on his deadlift and has probably gotten a lot of people injured teaching them horrible form.

To say he doesn’t know anything is pretty silly since he worked for a MLB baseball franchise, however the problem these fitness guys run into is they need/want to make more money and that allure can be corrosive to someone’s credibility.

@@24pagedown there is no doubting Jeff knows his stuff due to his credentials ... which makes it more concerning that he intentionally miss leads his largely beginner audience despite knowing better

To be fair a ton of supplements have terrible ingredients in them, this isn't even nearly that bad compared to what I've seen in the past. In any case I follow Jeff for his workout material not his supplements, lol

He forgot to mention the artificial sweetners such as Sucralose and Acesulfame. Artificial sweeteners are a deal breaker for me.

Doesn't your own protein powder cost 50$? So complaining about overprized protein while selling exactly that (overprized protein) really doesn't make sense
