  • I think the question that has been asked the most of me during my time on RUclips is which RUclipsrs do I watch, myself? In this video, I am going to go over the list of the fitness RUclipsrs (and other RUclipsrs) that I like to watch in my free time. You might be surprised by some of the people that show up on this list and you may get a little more understanding of who Jeff Cavaliere is outside of ATHLEAN-X.
    60% off all AX programs - athleanx.com/x/326-workouts
Subscribe to this channel here - bit.ly/2b0coMW
Before I kick off this list, I have to disclose that my viewing tastes are not limited just to fitness RUclipsrs. It may come as a shock that I have other interests as well! Music, motivation, and wrestling to name a few.
To kick off the list, I have start with someone who has a love and appreciation for science just like I do, and that is Andrew Huberman. A Stanford University researcher who has spent much of his time providing actionable and helpful advice that is all based in scientific reasoning. I find myself learning something new every video that he puts out.
A colleague in the medical field puts out videos where he breaks down high profile sports injuries almost immediately after they happen and offers insight into how and why they occurred and the steps that you, as a viewer, can take to avoid similar injuries. I think Brian Sutterer MD is an excellent resource for understanding injuries for athletes.
As you can probably tell, I love learning when I watch RUclips videos and I feel like I always have an opportunity to learn when I watch Bright Side. I also like to watch this channel with my sons because I feel like they are learning valuable information outside of the classroom in a fun, engaging style that also lets me learn a little something knew every now and then.
With a lot of RUclips fitness personalities focused on bringing you exercise tips and workouts, there leaves room for entertainment. I don’t think anyone in the RUclips fitness space is as hilarious or entertaining as Bro-Science Life. Dom Mazzetti has a way of making me laugh with every video that he puts out regardless of how outlandish the content is.
I find that the best form of motivation comes in the form of a kick in the ass from an in your face personality. I don’t think anybody fits that bill better than my friend CT Fletcher. Every time I need that little extra juice in the tank to get going through a workout, all I have to do is turn on one of CT’s videos and I find myself pushing that much harder.
While he doesn’t have a RUclips channel himself, it is hard to find a motivational video in the fitness space without hearing him speak. David Goggins is another master motivator that I turn to when I need some extra encouragement to get my head on straight for a workout. When a former Navy SEAL is telling you how to be “hard”, it’s tough not to listen!
When it comes to teaching, I have a lot of respect for people that can provide valuable, actionable information that just down right makes sense, especially when it comes to strength training. There are not many out there that do it better than the guys at EliteFTS, but specifically Swede Burns. I just find myself always taking away something new and gravitating towards his teaching style.
Back to entertainment, Harry Mack is someone that I find very engaging. I can’t help but get drawn in by his man-on-the-street approach to his videos, as well as his ability to freestyle using a random collection of words provided by video participants. Every single time I watch, I am impressed!
It’s hard to argue that the guest list that Joe Rogan has put together over the years isn’t impressive. The diversity of participants means that just about every episode you watch is going to have something new and fresh, with plenty to be learned. I love being exposed to new thoughts and ideas on interesting topics that I may not have considered without watching in the first place.
As someone who appreciates applied science, I can also appreciate the research that goes into it. I also appreciate when someone is able to read and break down that research for viewers to understand and I think that Jeff Nippard does a great job of this. Making the literature understandable for the viewer is highly valuable when it comes to RUclips fitness.
There are plenty more RUclips channels on this list that I watch which I cover in the video itself. Who is on your list for people to watch on RUclips? Leave a comment and let me know!

Hey how come you guys don't have your own comprehensive fitness app. I'm a member and I think it is good til March which is 1 year membership. But all that info I can get off my phone through my email because I have my login credentials saved but the only problem is to me and I'm pretty sure a lot of people would agree is, if you had the app version of the members website platform it would be more user friendly.

Trevor from SmashWerx is actually one of the best channels out there. Dude will motivate the hell out of you and show you how you can beat anything in life, super funny and I’ve gained a lot of help with injuries. Jeremy Ethier is also very quality and science/based similar to Jeff Nippard. Same with Coach Eugene Teo he’s always offering new perspectives and actionable advice. Jujimufu is good for funny content

Yeah, Jeff has been the OG since day one. He shouldn't have to worry about what anyone says. People been teaming up trying to topple him the last few years. You can come up, but you gotta give respect to the OGs. Not only are you helping your audience find awesome content that can ultimately help them evolve as a person, but you're also garnering recognition for hard working YT'ers who may not have the traction you've had up to this point. It's awesome seeing the kind comments they all put on your video, and you can tell this is one of those little things that goes a long way. You're a phenomenal role model and it's no surprise you're as popular as you are. You're the man!

When I'm on the street and talking with people, your name is often mentioned for having helped them. They light up when they talk about you and you can see how appreciative they are. That's the greatest ranking I think a fitness RUclipsr could ever achieve, is having truly helped so many people out there who may not have financial access to hire personal trainers, etc. You've set a great example to aspire to and on the occasion that people thank me on the street for my own work, that's the greatest feeling and what I shoot for above all else. Everything else is secondary. You're a legend and I'm honored to have been recommended.

    Hey Jeff,
I've been following your channel for over 4 years now and have loved every second of it. I own and have completed some of your programs and have felt and seen huge benefits in my endurance, strength, speed, and overall athletic ability. Some of your videos and advice also helped me recover from a muscle tear in my groin/adductor area a year or two back. You truly are the no B.S. fitness king out there who has proven his character, background, and science-backed evidence in every video you make. I have repeatedly looked into buying your supplements because I trust you make them the best, but the prices repeatedly hold me back. I'd rather support Athlean-X with my money because I admire a lot that you do and trust your advice more than others. I can't imagine how busy you may be, but can you please take a look at this review about your supplements and please explain how including certain ingredients in your products requires a boost in prices nearly double the standard prices in the general fitness market? For example, your protein powder is almost $60 but I just don't see how I have attached the link. Maybe you can do one of those quick "question-answer" videos you've made in the past? I am sure I am not the only one of your fans who has the same question. By the way, I like your list

    Hey Jeff…
    Awesome video…
I always admire how colleagues praise others hard work and content.
The seriousness of your channel is second to none.
Ignore the critics cause every channel out there has something good and something not so much.
😢 you mentioned John Meadows…the most humble trainer out there, and its a loss we are still recovering from. I never forget his approach of ‘that set didn’t count’ when one could do one more rep, like for real!
Jeff, make a video of why some bodybuilding content creators are always exaggerating on carbs, or even eating junk/processed food many times and the effects of this short/long term.
I’ve been asking for this kind of video but nobody does it.

The Bioneer as I love his numerous takes on fitness/training and he knows the science as well. #2 Any list that includes Dr. Andrew Huberman and Dr. Rhonda Patrick should also include Peter Attia MD. #3 Though I love the technical aspects of Rick Beato, I'd include The Punk Rock MBA for the humor and ability to get me to listen to some unfamiliar bands. #4 Like Stories of Old (just scroll through the channel and I'm sure you'll want to find a few to watch.
Looking forward to The Bioneer, Knees Over Toes and Athlean-X to help me get my strength/fitness/quickness headed in a direction to take my tennis game to the next level, increase my functional strength and hopefully one day to get to a point where I incorporate martial arts. Yes but the steroids got him. Think about it.

Wasn’t expecting Rick Beato in the list. I’m so glad he is getting the recognition he deserves. Great video Jeff! 👍🏻

Been listening to Mind Pump and they mentioned Athlean-X on one of their episodes. I was pleased to hear that they agree with and sometimes turn to Jeff’s content for more advanced lifting and their own personal programming 💪🏼

Oh really?? I was actually wondering if they had ever mentioned him. That’s awesome. (I’m a few episodes behind)

@@LovenArtiste yeah so am I. But yeah I’ve been a Jeff cavalier disciple for years and I just recently discovered Mind Pump. I respect and trust content from them both, so yeah it was cool hearing them weigh in on Jeff just briefly

Absolutely love videos like this. Athlean X is always my first stop for fitness questions, but I also enjoy Jeff Nippard, Shredded Sports Science, and if I'm ever looking to shock my system or just looking for a good laugh, Ryan Hummiston never disappoints. Love this kind of content. Thanks Jeff!
