Happy to help you if you need anything at all.

    • @backbone93

      True,
a friend of me is studying nutrition and tried to give me "tipps" on my nutrition
It absolutely made no sense wtf he was telling me!
recommended things like 50%vegetables30%carbs and 20%proteins/fats,
      having to watch out for
      -purins
      -histamines
      -phytinacid
      -...
Constantly, and "counting" how much of that things i consume
I swear the stress his "rules" had on me was worse than any benefits it could have
      WHICH IT DIDNT xD
I started losing so many hair
I got some weird skin redness
      ...
I swear, my shit startet bleeding after like 6 weeks of his recommendations, i shit blood for the first time of my life, for 3 days
I stopped his tipps and went back to eat what makes me feel good and the blood in my number 2 stopped.
      All "studys" are bullsht man.
They have no clue wtf they are doing
All they do is TRYING to be smarter about things
And maybe knowing which sht has how much of what, but they have no idea what all that does in combinations together or does in reaction to your body, or the general effects of specific food they just dont know.
Edit: for sure he isnt even a friend of me anymore.
He was so butthurt in his ego that his stuff didnt work on me, he couldnt accept it cuz it would make all his "knowledge" less worth and would make him feel like hes wasting his time
      XD lmfao

Dominik Leopold Totally! It’s a display of ego. A professional in any field, use their expertise to make the life of the client easier, that’s why people hire them, except for trainers/dietitians, they’ll make everything soo much harder and confusing then has to be. The simple truth, what works has been proven for a very long time, even better, is extremely simple! But obviously, they won't want to tell you that, it's not good for business.

Lol, v shred is some bs but this thinking WILL hold you back. There are people like myself that will be very very technical with you; to a point of fallacy. I want to arm you with every bit of informationyou need to maximize your results but frequently it ends up with information overload whre people half ass it and then it fails. Example i now teach 3 crunches, i used to only teach the hardest because thats whst i do and im not a trainer, but when you half ass or dont do it correctly you probably will hurt yourself, so i had to adjust how i show other people but i still give you every bit of info so you can make your own decisions, i wont make you a workout or nutrition plan i wont coach you on something i dont know about, but if you ask me about something i do know about id rather give you a technically correct answer and put it on you to fully understand what is said, if you dont ask when i give you the space or you forget and are to embarrassed to ask i cant really help.
Tldr: dont mistake technical, specific info for bullshit: or vice versa. If you get specific technical info, verify then follow it exactly.

Luis Flores It’s sad to see, but a lot of people have. I have no problem with addressing any issues that come up, especially when they are from a relatively large influencer on a specific platform, but we don’t need 300 people saying the same thing. The same can be said for any “reaction” videos... the bring almost no value to the audience besides the “unique” response of the individual who is reacting to whatever it is their video is about. I’m trying out this whole RUclips thing and want to provide content that’s both valuable and entertaining. I try to upload weekly, but if I can’t think of a good video to make, I won’t drag out some bs video just to get views. I hate when people do that.

Really thought provoking video! When I first started I did alot of circuit style workouts. It wasn't until I started a program based around compound exercises ie bench press, deadlift, pullups that I saw any real muscle growth. A lot of the issues you mentioned today I think were the cause of that. Great video

Yes in theory it’s possible, but that doesn’t make it plausible or reasonable.
Currently I’m in a weight lose diet for some 3 months now. I did my share of mixing some pizza or fried chicken in between; not worth it. All too many calories from only a tiny portion, you’ll still feel hungry.
Not only that, given the high intake of fats, in order to maintain a caloric deficit you’re gonna have to cut from carbs or protein, which in turn fucks up your workout recovery and daily energy levels.
Better a small caloric surplus in a low fat diet, mixed with respectable workout, than a small caloric deficit in a high fat diet with little workout.

Αντίθετα, να έχεις μια δίαιτα με πολλά λιπαρά και ελάχιστη άσκηση απλά δεν σου κάνει καλό στην υγεία σου, κι ας είσαι στο -100 κάθε μέρα.

You can combine movements that of course as you mention they compliment each other properly. I’m doing this with my clients as well but only as a form of HIIT training with little rest in between and proper amount of reps. The goal here is to add some hypertrophy into the cardio work which is not the best way to build muscle of course. If someone wants to build muscle that’s a total different thing. My clients struggle to process my exercises in first place because they’re complicated and fancy but that’s not my goal. My goal is training to have fun and to help people get better without getting injured. Great video.

Fitness is really about getting healthy, being active, building muscular strength, size, & endurance in a balanced way, achieving a healthy BMI, and also has a mental health component as well. Too much focus is on the pure aesthetics of building huge muscles, big booties, “fat burning secrets”, and fad diets that aren’t sustainable, while the majority of people out there are being missed by these approaches or are not being given the appropriate information.
