    haha with the skills of designer, you even have good sense of humour. like I said earlier i am a fan of your voice. hmm one advice, why shadows of the buildings casted in air. it looks a bit funny provided you have knowledge abt sciography. Maybe the end result looks visually soothing but if the section is in the form of big sheet, then might be distractive. Overall a great video. cheers....

    • @SurvivingArchitecture
      @SurvivingArchitecture  5 лет назад +1

      I personally do not think it is distracting, the poster was printed on an A1 sheet and looked amazing. Thank you :).

    • @SurvivingArchitecture
      @SurvivingArchitecture  5 лет назад

      This can be two things, firstly make sure you are on the right layer, secondly is the shape fully closed? I hope this helps :).

    How did you measure the heights of the contours?

    • @SurvivingArchitecture
      @SurvivingArchitecture  5 лет назад

      When you do your contour lines in AutoCAD it has the different heights and then when you cut the section you make sure you include the different heights. Just like cutting through a building which has multiple floors. Hope this helped.

    I have one comment , the buildings shouldn't throw their shadow on the sky !😅

    Hey do you think working on a dark background is a good idea?

    • @SurvivingArchitecture
      @SurvivingArchitecture  5 лет назад

      I love working on a dark background but my lecturers always say not to do it because it is not readable and that lighter colors help lift your project so I would say stick to lighter colors. I hope that helps! Thank you for watching!
