Eh, it's more of the assumption that if it WAS a cliffhanger, it would've been at the end of The Ultimate Foe rather than the opening of Time and Rani. Or who knows, 6 could've lived through episode one and this would be the ending cliffhanger and the events played out differently

Never been a fan of "cold opens" myself. This works better.

A program called NTSCQT emulated the visual effect, but I had to manually create the audio
