GO SISER OR GO HOME!!!! I learned that the hard way trying to save money.....ugh, you get what you pay for and SISER is the longest-lasting, best cutting and weeding product on the market...hands down. I see tees I made on all the high school teams YEARS later and they still look great! All you have to do is put washing directions on your label card and bam....the vinyl outlasts the tee. No joke. All of their special types of vinyl are great as well. The metallic vinyl....I can't gush enough. I can't WAIT for flock and brick to come out in metallic colors....I'll be in vinyl heaven!!!! Please, SISER....make me some metallic 3-D vinyl! Thanks for all the great products and for Joe....so easy to follow his instruction.
Thank you so much Jessica! Such a kind review on Siser! We would love to have you join in on our fun in our Facebook Group! facebook.com/groups/429623827416151
it is a bit different though. Brick 600 is thicker than StripFlock... and StripFlock is more of a velvet like feel and Brick has a smoother/rubbery feel.
We are using the same Vinyl cutter seen in this video (GX-24) brand new 60 degree blade. What is Gram Force and Speed setting recommended for this material? ThankS!
Hello! you are going to want to bring the blade almost as far out of the blade holder as it can go, and then adjust your down force. Your force will be around 120-130. Make sure you do test cuts to make sure you are cutting to the carrier of the Brick. You can cut Brick at a medium speed.
Hello ! Would you please let me know what kind of heat press your using ! If you guys sell them ! Am a loyal customer and love your products keep up the good work
so only flex foil vinyl on top of the brick but no brick on brick am I right ? I want to create a logo and was planned to underlay the brick on top green and black vinyl/flex foil and white font with brick but I guess I have to cut the last step for a soccer jersey right ?
@@SiserNorthAmerica so only flex foil vinyl on top of the brick but no brick on brick am I right ? I want to create a logo and was planned to underlay the brick on top green and black vinyl/flex foil and white font with brick but I guess I have to cut the last step for a soccer jersey right ?
Again how do you get the shiny look to this & the black Jersey font print is that a knock out design of just layered look slight shifted to get 3D look ?
What's the thicker brick size??? 3mm... 5mm???... and what's the actual thick thou??... I didn't know this kind of vinil even existed 'till today's Nice video dude!!!... #Respect #NicaraguanFan
+Lush Life Tee's That is the TS-ONE by Siser Italy. I'm not sure if there are any distributors in the US that carry it. It's mainly a European press. We plan to start using the Siser red presses in future videos.
+SiserNorthAmerica Perfect...sell me the one from the video so you can start using the Siser Red One :) Thats the only one my distributor sells as well. :)
So, I have a question regarding fine details. I'm considering using Brick as a replacement for woven labels. Something as small at 3x3cm. How easy would it be to cut and peel a detailed logo on such a small area?
You would be hard pressed to get detail into that small of an area. That's slightly larger than an inch. At that point, you could look into printed labels. There are several sites online that provide printed labels.
I see this video is a bit dated. Do you still sell this item and does it come in black? I want to press letter patches just under letters I would be cutting out with Brick. Would you suggest pressing the patches first then the brick letters? Also, can I buy this product from Michael’s? Can this be used on a wool varsity jacket?
Yes! The product is now called Brick 600. Please email us at info@siserna.com and we will let you know of an Authorized Distributor near you that sells it in black. Unfortunately, Michaels does not carry Brick 600.
+Jeremy Osborn I believe the Cameo has a max of about 800 microns. We haven't been able to successfully cut Brick on the Cameo yet... but we're working on it!
Well I'm glad I just saw this comment because I didn't even realize that. I have some brick and was thinking of cutting it for a design on a visor. This was a while back so I wonder if it would work on the new cameo. Joe??
+Jshaun Lewis StripFlock is a fuzzy material and Brick is more of a rubbery feel. Completely different materials. StripFlock is also less than 1/2 the thickness of Brick. Stripflock is 410 microns and Brick is 1000 microns. You can order through a Siser Authorized Distributor.
+Krista Guerrero Hats you could just press for the full 20 seconds. Since hats hardly ever get washed, you should get a lot of life out of the design in Brick. You could either use a cap press or try forming the cap around something round like a can and applying with a home iron.
+Renae Williams We're currently looking into this. We've had success on the Cricut in our initial tests. The max thickness on the Cricut with a deep cut blade is about 1000 microns
The carrier sheet is relatively tough. The material didn't tear, it just lifted with the cover sheet. Instead of pulling the carrier from the corner, you could pull from one side or the other so that you are affecting more of the design than just a corner point. If the design does lift a bit, simply recover the design and press for a few more seconds. -Keith
No at 1:32 you can see that it didn't cut all the way through and you had to pull it off and it make a rip in the design. How do you prevent this from happening? I can send you screen shots of it if you like. I just know this because it has happened to me before and doesn't look professional.
This video was made using the original Brick material that was 1000 microns thick. We have since changed to Brick 600 (600 microns thick). The cutter would leave a small gap where it starts/stops on each letter. You can contact our support department: support@siserna.com and they will be able to help you out further. -Keith
Not sure why it's the worst video you've seen... There are plenty of bad videos out there. Yes, we recommend a 60° blade. The new version of Brick (Brick 600) also isn't nearly as thick as the original Brick material.
I just noticed that this guy gives off a Ted "Theodore" Logan vibe. I love it!
when is metallic brick coming? silver, gold etc.
When will Siser North America have the glossy brick vinyls with the a4 textured paper kit?

This is strickingly similar to strip flock, looks to be a little heavier and more shiny.. nice 👌

This video was very helpful
Thank you for sharing 🙏☀️

That press is the TS-One by Siser Italy. We don't sell them in the US as the price is prohibitive.
Do you know if it´s possible to apply this Vinyl on a T-Shirt made of 93% Tencel / 7% Elashtan? Thank you!

Brick 600 can be a top layer
Can you press regular easyweed vinyl on top of the brick material?
Yes

yes, for the jersey, the design was a "knockout method" but also had a slight shift to it, to give it the drop shadow look.

What’s the best blade to use with a graphtec cutter and settings .. thanks
Ideally you want to use a 60° blade when cutting Brick
Can I apply brick on neoprene or hard suffices like mugs?
Unfortunately, Brick 600 is not recommended for those surfaces :/
So, I have a question regarding fine details. I'm considering using Brick as a replacement for woven labels. Something as small at 3x3cm. How easy would it be to cut and peel a detailed logo on such a small area?

Can you combine this with Foil vinyl? Apply the brick, then apply foil on top?
+IamKWADE Our initial tests of EasyWeed Foil on Brick weren't successful but further testing may prove otherwise.
+SiserNorthAmerica Thanks, I will definitely try it out to see if it's possible.
Friend where can I find this material to buy?
By chance you can send here to Brazil
is this the same as sponge vinyl?
not exactly! Sponge Vinyl is typically called Puff, and Brick600 has more a rubber texture to it :)
up to how many washes can siser brick last?
+john louie javier Like most of our other materials, if applied correctly, you can expect more than 50 washes.
Hola, cual es la marca de las maquinas que usan para transferir?
You didn't mention how the "BRICK" holds up in the laundry....
When applied properly, Brick 600 lasts at least 50 washes... same as our other materials.
Will it stick to leather
Have you been able to cut it using the silhouette cameo yet?
better to use a Deep cut blade
Here’s what their website says
Silhouette Cameo:
• Blade: Standard, 10
• Material: Heat Transfer, Flocked
• Speed: 4
• Force: 33

For settings on Brick 1000 please reach out to Siser Italy which can be contacted on the Siser website :)
how long would you do this on a snap back hat?
you would set your cap press to 320°F and press for a full 20 seconds at a Medium pressure
What Blade should I use... Cameo machine?
use the deep cut blade.
I use siser but having problem with easy weed adhering to my tee shirts. Pressing at 305.
Hi Michele, please contact our Tech support at Support@siserna.com and we will figure out what is happening. :)

can i cut this and weed it with my silhouette cameo? if so what settings should i be using. Thank you.

So how about the process on a hat, where you can't apply head backwards?
All you have to do is apply it for the full 20 seconds at 320°F and it will be fine.
where can I buy this

But doesn’t heating from the back actually lift the vinyl ?!
it would for normal vinyl.....but because Brick is such a thick product, it helps activate the adhesive fully.
tienen videos en español gracias.

+Diary Of A Sneakerhead Email us at info@siserna.com and we can find a distributor for you.
Has anyone tried to print on brick?
I know this was just a tutorial, but the left chest placement was terrible
Kool but if you have a big order that’s a lot of time
This is true, but the effect is worth it. Brick 600 is a one of a kind vinyl.
