The quality of the trucker is awesome and so the result. Love it!
Just got a cricut and I’m learning so much from watching RUclips videos daily. Thank u for the content
cricut is cool but limited in what it can do take it back and get a cameo instead way better features and software
What cameo do you recommend?
Thank you so much, sir!!! I have the same heat press and using the same brick vinyl...but the hats have those nasty scrotch marks which can't be sold...THANK YOU for the silicon pad....it has saved me and my inventory!!! Hat came out PERFECT!!!
Thank you!!!
That's awesome Sis keep up the hustle!
I'm a sis....not a bro
@@redlibra2096 Yes I just noticed that my sincere apologies Sis...sometimes I just read the comments and reply instantly and don't even notice the profile, Ill work on that. Thanks for commenting on that
Got the same silicone pad you suggested and no more scorch marks! gracias! #MaloDesigns
that why I did this that awesome bro
Saw brick 600 at the ISS Show in Ft. Worth waiting in my heat press from Stahls.
yep plus I will be uploading a new one this week
Holy Cow! That's beautiful! Yep, I'm going to do that. 😁 Thank you so much for sharing this information. I'm always late to the party, hahaha!
You can do it!
Excellent video! Thank you :)
Thanks Tina appreciate you commenting means alot
Your hats are DOPE!! THANK YOU
you can buy them on my website as well thanks again for the shout out Queen!

thats awesome
Thank you for the great videos. I Have all the equipment you have.
QUESTIONS:What blade do you use on your cricket to cut Brick 600? Which cricket mat super tack?
Same questions for Stahls softfoam.
stock blade for both I use the green mat
@@esentl A fine blade came with my cricket, is this the stock blade you ae referring to?
@@clarencejackson5454 I used the stock blade that came w my cricket
"don't listen to them"...."listen to me" (what you wanted to say) hahaha!
Thanks dude 👍👍
No problem 👍
Great video man one question where can I find the red color Siser brick htv 600?
Pro World or Heat transfer warehouse
Have u ever used brick 1000 vinyl on caps?❤
no I have not same product just thicker, youll need the deep cut blade for that one
Awesome video.. u mind telling me where you get that black silicone pad u put on top of the hat before pressing again plz?
amazon .. use my affiliate link please alot cheaper then the one from stahls ... amzn.to/3ncoiXQ
Did you also make your hat that you are wearing at the end of the video? With that machine can u transfer off center. All the videos I see are all center in the hat.
yes you can easily do off center check out my website esentbrand and you'll see my offset hat collection
Do I need to buy the cutting machine? I have the hat press. How I make my own words so I can press it in hats
you need a cutter if you plan on using any vinyl
@@esentl Thank you, so I need to buy Vinyl paper also? I'm sorry just beginning
@@jannelson168 you can start out with any vinyl cutter like a cameo 4 on up for 15" rolls and use HTV vinyl for heat transfer on apparel
Can you show how you made the logo on Illustrator? Thank you.
I noticed you started with the rubber pad, then when it opened the white foam pad was there. Did the rubber pad not work properly?
just different takes at different times the silicone is what I mostly used
Thanks for the video. I don't see the link for the lynal you used.
just added to the description thanks for letting me know Alex I must have missed this vid with those links
Hi, is the ratchet blade the same as the new auto blade in cameo 4? if yes is it the same settings as a ratchet blade?
I only use the manual and the auto they are both different as far as how they cut, youll need to tweak em a bit to dial in your settings
you put the black silicone but when you finished it was the white foam that you used??? now i have doubts
its the same concept either way, have no fear or doubts just practice away....the silicone is what the video is about so settings are different they are the same as well
hi was wondering because i've seen there are these feather like flock and the rubber they confuse me and how to work with them
they are both types of vinyl applications, they are applied no different, they just have different cut and heat settings for their initial application
genial
what size is that design on the hat looks big
3.25 inches, on th is Trucker I can go up to 3.5" max but thats pushing it
Do you have a video on how you line up a word or image on a 5 panel Hat to make sure it's straight
I have a tool we created coming for that next week!
will that setting work if i use cricut maker 3?
Thanks for the video man! Application instructions say the turn hat inside out and hit it again for 10 seconds. Can i turn bottom heating platen on iq to around 280 to 300 degrees?
I personally do not see a need to turn the hat inside out....but you can try to adjust your bottom platten to maybe 200-225 degress you dont need it that hot on the bottom
@@esentl right on I'll give it a shot, much appreciated!
@@ricogonzales2989 I am still learnig this beast of a machine everyday let me know what your results were
@@esentl absolutely. I'm with you. I'm trying not to mess up too many hats but trial and error is the only way lol.
Hi! May I know the names of the material?
its in the title
Is that white hat seamless??
Nice
thanks... is this something your planning on doing?
What cricket do you have ?
standard 12" ..personally I prefer the silhouette cameo plus 15"
I’m trying to heat press using iq 360 but it’s leaving the scorching mark. I used the same setting at 311 degrees, 5 pressure using silicone pad and my hat got scorched. It left a burn mark. What am I doing wrong? Could you help me out?
I’m trying to heat press Siser Brick 600.
what thickness pad are you using? and whats the lower temperature? as well what model hat are you pressing
@@esentl I was using silicone and it left heat marks. Also when I used the thin white foam pad it left the heat marks as well. I am using 6 point panel yupoong classic snap back.
I’m wondering if this is a pressure issue.
its almost impossible to scorch the item using a 1/8" silicone mat or the 1/8" or 1/4" foam pad from stahls, this is definitely a pressure issue, lighten your pressure or maybe ease up your temps a bit...every press is different feel free to email me my email is in the description an dsend me some pictures of your scorching issues, as well you can join the "heat press for profit" stahls group on facebook for support
@@esentl I'll try to ease up the pressure and I'll let you know. I'll email you if I have trouble with it. Thank you so much for your help.
hello
by any chance u do bulk orders
yes we custom design hats for clients and companies you can reach my email at info@esentlbrand.com
What brand caps do you use, I know I have missed it somewhere in the comments. Also what are the heatpress settings? I have missed those also,
I use all brands found in most my videos on hat comparisons
dope
thank much its a great 3d style
I have the hardest time getting a Richardson 112 to lay flat and still have 2 3/4” press range. Super frustrating
watch my Richardson video here explains the process ruclips.net/video/_J_OXJ97DWU/видео.html
3:45 was black then 3:55 was white?
thats called magic lol
What type of foam was that you had( you stated you would have to increase your dwell time if using it!!
the foam pads come with the hat press, you can purchase them from stahls website
you can do the same with the silicone mat as well
Awesome video man! Could I order a few custom designs to be cut out of the Sisser Brick material from you? Been looking for someone I can order a couple pieces from, I would be extremely grateful 🙏
I got a roll of Brick
hit me up at info@esentlbrand.com
@@esentlI'll send you an email right now. Thanks!
How do I get custom prints? Ty
reach out to my Instagram or email in description
Wow! You can cut that on a cricut?!
it is a vinyl still the cut i did was pretty detailed as well
Where do you buy your silicone vinyl? I like that thickness
wholesale sources, you can try econo transfer and siser we also die cut patches here at the shop with our laser for detailed cuts using this product
Where can I order already cut custom logos with the brick 600
hit me up
I cant seem to cut that stuff doesnt look good when it come out of the cameo. Care to tell the cutter settings?
the settings are posted in the video at about the 1:30 mark adjust accordingly based on your blade use
Forgot to ask, what are settings for cricket maker?
cricket is cardstock mode I believe
Do you use a lot of brick? Do you ever have issues with it not sticking in a spot or two on the design?
if the design is too big for the cap this can happen or not enough pressure evenly thought the design
@@esentl turns out I was cooking it.
@@cranklab4937 awe... hopefully you got it down now
Hello,
How much pressure did you use?
that info is in the video
Looks kool u should use new era hats higher quality and get premium dollar when selling the hats
I am a yoopong fan, any good sources for the new era that you like, I am seeing average $8 per hat @1500+ quantities
I am seeing that to help protect the quality associated with their icon on the hats and there brand association, they only sell embellished caps. and no longer sell blanks? did it change recently?
Wasn't aware that did that idk but I've seen them have higher quality trucker style hat that people use too
Hello, what cricut do you have?
your standard cricut...but I have switched to the Cameo 4 pro 15" as I buy mostly 15"-20" rolls and the software is much better from Sillouette
@@esentl thanks!!
@esentl hey was your design shiny side up or down when you cut it out ?
its been awhile i dont rememebr lol....sorry
Ok cause everytime I do shiny down, it never cut through but when I do shiny up , it cuts easier
What setting do I use for xricut maker to do the caps
for brick 600 forward time to 1:33 in the video, start there and adjust settings accordingly, experiment with lil square test designs till you nail the cut
Is this design made with vinyl sheet on cricut
yes it is...it can be done with a cricut or a cameo
I had my machine for 2 weeks and just did my first press. Epic fail . I seen the line down the middle of my design. Could it be the siser easyweed vinyl I used? Do you have a recommended vinyl for hats?
Use 5 panel hats any htv is gonna show the crease you can use supa color hat formula but its more expensive
stahls ultra color soft is good option with a 6 panel or even brick 600 or cad cut soft foam, but yes as stated most vinyl materials will show the crease switch to a 5 panel for that reason if your using vinyl
Would you mind helping me with information of where can we order those silicone patches from.
Or if someone can do a 24 or 48 Richardson 112 black hats?
Thank you all
you can order silicone patches direct from stahls, if your interested in my company doing them email me info is in my description
I see your website but not your email and the website doesn’t have an email either.
@@josecanepa9523 info@esenlbrand.com
What size is that logo
It was maxxed at 3"
@@esentl very nice job
Do you sell the item if i order with you?
Need like 100 in 1 color -
email me direct
Why no heat on the bottom?
because your applying same as you would a heat press, the bottom lowest is 32 degrees you can add heat to the bottom if you wanted too maybe a range between 100-200 degrees just adjust your time accordingly
Can I use 3D Siser Brick vinyl on a dad cap? If so, are there any pros and cons?
its vinyl so it adheres to most fabrics, only issue here would be the press your using and well it works with dad hats
@@esentl Any presses under $500 that you would recommend for something like this?
@@littie82 propably the walapress auto open hat press...as it has a platen shape similar to the 360IQ hat press from stahls youll propably have more success w that one vs the more flat style platens
@@esentl I appreciate your help!
What size dimension logo is best for trucker hats?
depends on the logo I usually do rectangular 4" by 2.75" or 2.75" circles, I think 3" is to high for the cap, just depends on the hats area...print a paper mockup first to see how it looks
I see you use a silicone rubber when you put the press down but it wasn’t there when the hat press lifted 🤨🤔 please explain that?
@@peazythemg9660 just multiple takes you'll want to finish with the mat
Where can i get that vinyl for hats?
siser, or you can order from my affiliate link the soft foam from stahls, I think the soft foam is easier to work with as well layer
Where did you get your hats?
different wholesalers, in this video S&S Activewear
