Leatherette is easier to work with and with the choices we have that look like teal leather its a no brainer... look into the "one laser" co2 or hydra laser, it also has RF and is a bigger bed for a better price, hopefully we get our hands on one soon to review

hey awesome, thanks for the support, yeah both above are great companies, I think where we will thrive is our 6 mil low temp adhesive, stuff is amazing.

you should be fine if you are using a silicone cover mat, this will protect the rivets themselves, but they might interfere with pressure to the patch, as the rivets can force the platen to stop at a certain point, in this case you press the patch first then poke the holes through the hat to add the rivets

not sure what you mean? the adhesive is thermal activated, it is only activated at certain temperatures

@@esentl i wasnt clear, if i have a patch with adhesive ( tempreture activated) and i dtf it , how come and the glu isnt activated when i dtf on it?

not sure what adhesive you are using, but usually a thermal film adhesive requires more time to activate vs a DTF transfer, and in some case depending on what brand your using more heat as well

easier to carry these around vs 4 - 5 gallon buckets but everyone is different

thats funny, because I actually made a video a few back talking about that same exact hat in a window scenario..I actually did that test with no issues on my adhesive...cheaper adhesives will have that issue but not a premium one, typically also where it fails is in the manufatures layered adhesive, its usually cheaper quality unless you know what your doing with them
