Can you press a leatherette patch with a standard hat press?

There should be a quick release button to the left of the power button on the bottom of the screen. It only shows up when the press is closed. Thanks for the video. That gap/bubble kills me

Another channel was making a big deal about not trusting heat activated adhesive when doing no-sew hat patches. Claimed there have been plenty of times people leave a hat in their hot car all day and the patch edges begin to flag unless the patch is stitched on. Any concern about this?

I have been researching DTF printing for a year and just this month was the first time I hear about the possible dangers. Not one company has told me this and not one video on utube has said it until now.

My biggest pet peeve is these transfer companies that send you little dinky transfers for samples. Really?? They act like it's liquid gold.

What is the minimum amount of footage you can print to keep from having to by a curing oven?

Do DTF printers print using CMYK? Every graphic designer I have talked to said that the artwork should be in CMYK for proper printing, at least 300 DPI, and exported as an SVG or PDF because PNG is not a vector file, it's raster. One huge mistake I made was not putting a white background behind my design that had a gradient! The DTF printer completely cut off/ didn't print that white part of the image because it didn't have any data in the design to print white ink in that area. Lessons learned!

It’s crazy how much these local companies mark up the price though.. it’s imported from China with range price of $4,000-$5,000 for both printer and the oven & dusting machine. But local tech support definitely is the advantage. In Indonesia it’s selling at $6,000

From what I've seen there's room for a 3rd supplier here and you seem to be doing a good job moving into this space.

Great video, you're doing good things. The one thing I will say is that you had to use pliers for all of the patches to come off....that's saying something. I have used all the major hitters (lonestar, patch crafters and hydbond) and they all work great for our small business. I will preorder some of yours and see what the customers in our area think! Keep up the great work!

Very helpful but 40 lbs per leg is the minimum. Many shows require 50. Adding an eye hook to the top and bottom end cap means you can easily stack 2 25 lb tubes.

I wish this video appeared in my feed sooner so I could tell people to NOT do this before it was too late! All you've done is create pendulums that will not be effective and will be dangerous! Direct ground contact with low center of gravity is the only option for tent ballast. You might of had something with the ganged paint cans. Also stake the feet with the stakes that came with the pop-up! This is often forgotten. It gives four more points of contact and reduces independent movement. If you are being pressured by the organizers or park dept. about stakes, they don't know what they are talking about and are only concerned about their grass and not the safety of the public. Nice work on the prints and patches though!

Shouldn't take much effort to compete with other brand 12" x 24" adhesive sheets priced $8.00 each and that's not enough - minimum order 25-sheets.

I did that but used concrete the frame wasn’t strong enough in the wind and it destroyed the tent if the stakes won’t holed it down take it down or the wind will destroy the tent and you will need a new one that’s my opinion anyway .
