Hole is suppose to be drilled on the outer side of wheel . . . You will see the plastic engineers have left a mark exactly where the Pin is . Like a punched mark . . .then insert a screw driver then lift the Pin . . .this video is incorrect .Spring action pins are meant to be pulled up from the top area pushed up from the bottom .Nice tutorial.
Your video would of been much better if you shown how to take the axle/wheels off the actual wheelie bin.
Just imagine they were mounted to the bin...

Mine are spring loaded so I think a strong magnet would be needed to pull the pin back ...
