Thanks for the Vid, accidently took out the wheel +bar trying to figure a way to put the broken wheel back, next thing i knew it clicked in and got stuck. Life saver
An easier and quicker way nick is to use a Stanley disposable yellow knife. Just press through the thin plastic coating and once through press away from the centre. Takes literally 5 seconds. I make these wheelie bins and thats what we do on the assembly line. ( I work at Superior Pak in Seaford Victoria).
If you look under neath wheel on the fat spook you can get to the pin without any cutting did mine with a knife point thanks for letting me know what to look for
I've tried it on an older 07 wheels and you basically do it the same way except you look for the rounder, fatter reinforcement. Also the same for nylex/superior pak wheels, OSGS wheels and SSI wheels but it would be a lot harder of Mastec wheels since the area where the pin is located is not marked

Yes you can, theres always a pin in there somewhere- you will see a slightly fatter spoke, the pin will be inside that one.
