Yes the cooler temps have arrived! We didn't get as low last night as the night before but we were in the 30's yesterday night. Cooler temps feel great! Long sleeve weather here we come.
Surviving a freeze is always a good thing! My lettuce, carrots and celery seem to love the cold weather. 😀 I was wondering if the Moringa trees would grow in North Texas. They do well in Arizona - and have so many wonderful "healing properties".
Thanks for the reminder about covering the plants. We are to be in the 30's for the next couple of days, and my maters have babies.. Then back to packing, and then I need to pack....after that...more packing 🤨😆🤣🤣 I'm at the point now, that anything I touch, I have to stop myself from putting it in the donate pile just so I don't have to mess with it🤣
Wait...how did the paprika peppers fare? We didn't freeze, I still have okra in the ground that I'm waiting on the seed to dry. Hope you and yours are doing well!
thinking of y all......
Hi Jill, please give us a shout out. 🙏❤ I am concerned.
I hope all is well. Jill.
Anyone else that's worried Holler.
Yes, me too. ❤

Is her sister here? I thought she visited for Thanksgiving. Not like them not to have any videos or posts

Things are looking really good there. 41 chilly degrees this morning down here, we're loving it! Some carrots and Swiss chard coming up now.
I definitely had frost this morning in Red Oak, covered my peppers, may try to overwinter them in the house.
Snowing here this morning. Enough to cancel the family dinner. But we can always do that on a better weather day. Stay warm my friend
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. There's no snow in my yard yet!
Jill, are you okay?

Yes! So far so good for Moringa!
Nice one Jill thanks.
Happy late Thanksgiving to you & your family. We had a family Thanksgiving & wedding for a precious grandson up in north Georgia. It was COLD!!!🥶

It's a work in progress!
yeah😄
Waco area. Wasn’t supposed to freeze just yet. Two faucets leaking today. Had to turn off all my drip irrigation. Time to bring in the timers.
Ughhh! So sorry!
