I'm not an expert on such things, I heard it through the grapevine from some people, but it feels true. Comic Sans is meant to be a dyslexia friendly font. Robin was right when he said it's a really legible font, and with that means its dyslexia friendly. I agree that it looks awful, but it's not for someone like me who doesn't have dyslexia, so I don't really care. That's my piece, that's all

If I'm not mistaken Comic Sans was created to look like a comic font style. Which is why it's very hated by designers like me. Because it's not a serious businnes font since it was created to look like something you'd see printed in a comic. Let's be honest, Comic Sans and Segoe Script were my jam when I was 13 years old creating a wacky word document to be less boring for school. Was it good? Absolutely not. As I stated in another comment I now am obsessed with the vision font family which is a classis Sans Serif font with character but still pretty plain and simple. It's jazzier than a regular Times New Roman or Helvetica or Arial. But still looks profesh as hell. I used it on some assignments and even on some book cover design and it's a really nice classy font for being free to use.

i think that one store window just says common address but i would be so tempted to throw something through the window
6:38 All I see is You (eye shadow)
Neptune likely formed closer to the sun than Uranus, and only moved out gradually over time; so the planet thing at the very beginning is at least originally correct, if somewhat outdated by now (granted, outdated by several billion years...)
4:10 says “Common Address”
3:26 Maybe make Lexi read it? (as a joke, of course)
9:36 they just wanted to recreate that one level from Half-Life.
Remember, it's not the "Hottest Summer in 125k years" it's "the coldest summer henceforth"
4:58 i jumped when i realized this is from my home town ...
People don't want to read Comic Sans, and I'm over here like: "Font is Font!"
6:18 anyone else confused as to why the measure for the 1 gallon is off? 1quart is 1/4 of a gallon, so the measure for the gallon should be 5 scoops (4-4/4)
Using comic sans makes everything look like its spelt wrong for some reason
In all fairness, Robin's right that such a defibrillator will not be forgotten... Comic sans is a blight on the design world, but in this instance, being so hatefully memorable is a feature and not a bug.
Gonna blame this on Todd Howard because this is something his mind would come up with.
Its also dyslexia friendly apparently
@@Danilows I am dyslexic and I can confirm this
10:27 I have one of these, it’s shit. I would rather have a dog throw balls at me than use it.
Robin doesn't know what a Western Sizzlon is. He isn't missing anything
4:13 i think that might be common address. Why it says that i have no clue
The small wheels on the truck are caused by hydraulics, it's a modded vehicle
4:14 - I don't know how I did it, but that is supposed to say "Common Address", it's just that the designer ran out of room with the big letters and decided that repeating letters in a row should go up to down
I saw another commenter say that and had to go back to look. Maybe if they placed the letters diagonally it would've fit??
10:25 i dont play tennis but ive seen a demonstration and what you do is throw the ball up let it bounce to desired height hit the ball and the base is heavy enough to stay in place and so the ball launches with the cord; which is elastic so it comes back to you. Loves you guys at EmKay keep up the great work
Good grief, the Gran Turismo one looks like the back of a DVD case
I love how the last post is about the comic sas, when it should be about how that bottle is not see-through.
10:52
Mine broke After hitting me in the face
0:34 it’s the French, what do you expect?
2:40 on the topic of people intentionally clogging toilets with stuff. There was an incident at my college where people shoved enitre whole pizzas in the toilets clogging them. I wish that I was joking but im being 100% serious.
That’s honestly kinda impressive…
they should give robin a raise for those creative adds
Time to Post Comic sans, Not to get Karma, but so everyone comedically pees themselves, preferably in public
I like comic sans. I have a lot of difficulty reading.
Why so much hate for Comic Sans? That was my favorite font growing up, and I've still no issues with it.
EMKAY I DARE YOU TO TRY TO PLUG THE MERCH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
3:53 ... Gregory?
"Just.. oh WOW, I'm not sure either."
XD
9:31 Looks like something straight out of a puzzle game
these are, indeed, crappily designed. expected content, thank you emkay
Why do people hate Comic Sans? It just makes me think of Sans from Undertale, which is a good association. Good memories.
I guess we are all kinda influenced to dislike comic sans. Because I don’t really like the font but don’t have a reason why.
it's not the defibrilator that is written in comic sans, but the comic sans that is written in defibrilator
To be fair, it would have been an accurate arrangement of the solar system prior to the late heavy bombardment.
I feel like hating comic sans has just become a meme. It used to just be font snobs, and then everyone just jumped on the bandwagon of hate.
I unironically really like comic sans, so I get kinda sad when I hear someone douching on it lol. Just leave the poor font alone, hasn't it suffered enough?
for the tennis question: no. it doesn’t work. you can only use it if you have a brick wall behind it, but in that case just use the brick wall
Am I weird for not finding anything wrong with Conic Sans at all?!
