GAME OF THE YEAR for me.... It does not do anything groundbreaking but it manages to do everything better than 99% of the games that came out this year.... The combat is probably the best I have ever experienced not because is perfect in any way but is incredibly fun and just never gets old.. Also best color pallet of any game this generation.... THANK YOU SUCKER PUNCH FOR A TRULY MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE.. P.S Some of the leaders in the gaming industry should be ashamed when it comes to how you do content, pricing and vanity items....
I agree 110%. I don't think it was ever meant to be groundbreaking, see as how it's meant to be PS4's swan song. Rather it was meant to represent everything we loved about this generation of gaming...top notch story writing, great acting on both English and Japanese dubs (lip sync issues aside), awesome gameplay...and the graphics tho! I think that was the most surprising part of it, how we could still get graphics this beautiful after 6 years. As you said, kudos to SP for this masterpiece.
Agreed. My game of the year easily. My only gripe is the lipsync being off from time to time and the lock-on being frustrating at times. One time I was in a room fighting 3 enemies and Jin decided he rather attacked the door instead of them.
Maybe? I go back and forth on this. As much as I wanted an AC in feudal Japan for the longest time, I think Jin's story and that of the supporting characters are far more compelling than anything Ubi could've cooked up.

I hope they add more silent quick kills when fully upgraded. It gets repetitive stabbing foes in the neck almost every time. I kind of miss the default long take downs now that I think of it...

I had an idea with the lightning build where you have two charms of fortunate return and two charm of fortune and then gosakus armour and one charm of bludgeoning because heavenly strike does more damage if u stagger them before u hit them

I would love for them to add new missions as a DLC or something. Jin is a favorable character and the GOT world is so nice to explore. A New area or new threats would be something exciting.

And I’m apparently leaving a trail of kunai, sticky bombs, and hallucinogenic darts everywhere I go that even a broke ass bandit could follow...

They are all easy to get but team mates never perfect party they just spam attack.
I'm sad that the bow still appears on your back when wearing the Ronin outfit. It really ruins the look. When you equip the blowpipe or throwables, the quiver is still on the back :(
Is it possible to upgrade all armors to max level by the end of New Game+ each upgrade requires 8 silk and you only earn 2 per side quest. 9 missions per quest with 3 quest givers gives you 27 missions each giving 2 silk so 27x2= 54 pieces of silk.

The NG + is awesome, the only issue I have is that I upgraded all of my carry capacity to the max and fully replenished all of my ammo. But when I quit the game and come back in again, it just resets all of my ammo to there original low amount.

I used Heavenly Rebuke with the Kensei infinite Heavenly Strike spam build. The lightning strike is like a free black powder bomb.

manuel save doesn't help at this point. better to shop to replenish your ammo, then move for 100-200 meters. game will auto-save with all your ammo.

i hope they add the norio armor since they did ryuzo armor and sensei ishikawa , i hope they add a update in the game to add norio and yuna armors , yuna is like the tadayori armor but whit animal fur , and norio monk armor looks really sick

Yes, the really should add new armors, i dont care if they sail out the period and put some sengoku armors in new game plus for variety, the only thing this game lack is armor quantity

@@dario98ism yes, they should add shimura's armor set and sword kit, as well the average armor that the samurai npc use, the game for me is a 9.9/10 the only things it lacked is armors, see nioh 2 for example, that game has a ton of cool armor sets, I really rope sucker punch add more, it would be really enjoyable

So for the trophy helping sword hand I completed all of the tales and the ones that have trophies then new game plus came out and I restarted and did all of the regular tales excluding the ones that gave you trophies and I don’t have the trophy I also did yurikos tales on my old save pls help

I just finished the game with everything completed except some minor things that I don’t care to do. 65 hours well spent. Think that’s the most time I’ve ever spent on a single player game😳
