Another gorgeous album Shellie. You and Valeri make the tutorials so easy to follow. Thank you. I think it is dumb what RUclips is doing with not being able to use certain words. That is going to wreak havoc on entire craft community since "those" words are a staple. Take care. Teresa.

Another awesome Album shellie, I just made the baby girl album using your tutorial. It turned out great. Thank you so much for all you do for us here on You Tube........You Tube better rethink the way they are thinking. How many videos are on you tube that use those words....cooking videos, crafting videos, hair CUTTING videos....Well when they start removing all those videos they will loose many people because there will be nothing left here to watch, those words are used in the English language everyday.

Hi Shellie, listening to your comments regarding youtube I was stunned, when you see some of the videos that air here and they want you to discontinue using the word cut, trim etc, etc. Maybe a good thing but it made me think. What are you going to do to replace this words?? I though maybe when you give your measurements instead of saying cut/trim could you say:
"Size down, Reduce to these measurements" just a wee thought to trying help you.

thank you Linda .. great replacements.. However, after some deep thought, I'm not going to change a thing in my videos from here on out. I'll appeal any that get removed or a strike against my account. They will put them back up after seeing it's a crafting channel and remove the strike. I got a email from RUclips regarding being able to appeal strikes or videos being removed. So I'll be appealing :)
Facebook has been known to take people off for not using politically correct language for different things. I was one of those who was kicked off for awhile, but to this day I still don't know why, because they chose not to tell me. RUclips, I thought was different, because I have seen a number of things that offend me, but I don't complain because I respect people's right to free speech. What they are asking you to do is just plain silly. Takes me back to the time they censored books for schools, and Hitler's censoring the Bible in Germany, and other censoring of some and not for others. I can see and understand the censoring bad language such as four letter words, but they don't. I can see them censoring using God's name in vain, but they don't. To censor the terms used in crafting is just plain stupid. If I were a crafter paying ( I admit I don't know how RUclips works all I know is I love to watch the craft videos) to make videos and/or publishing them, I would put up a fight to keep my businesses in tacked. Good luck to you, and I pray that RUclips lets up on crafters and artists. Now I think I have heard everything, lol.
I got an email from RUclips to Appeal when they do strike your account or demonetize them. I'll be using the appeal process no doubt in the future.
