I love that you are showing us what happens to our jewelry when we drop it off to be reset or repaired or re pronged. Very interesting! You are a true craftsman!
Beautiful ring! I love that the diamonds are set so the ring is practical for daily wear. I have had so many jewelers tell me diamonds must be set high. I hate that! The diamonds I have are beautifully set in protected settings.
A master craftsman is so satisfying to watch, the ease and skill of his work is truly beautiful, you can understand the high cost of one of hand crafted original pieces especially when they look like this...
Zach - Your creativity, skill and patience are absolutely remarkable! Your finished jewelry pieces are beautiful. And, your personality and video presentation are delightful. 👍💜
I love to see the close ups of the gold grinding for the prongs . The gold just seems to melt away like glitter . I love all your restyled rings . I’m thinking of having an inherited wedding ring restyled as well .
Just came across this video on my notifications. I love the design! Those are small diamonds to work with, but expertly managed and set! So many interesting technical features shared in this reset and redesigned finished lovely ring. I would be happy to wear all the time!! 👍🥰❤️
Im with you about watching when its in the cleaning solutin. 😊 I love to clean my jewelry usually every few months sometimes more so due to the daily wear .. But it doesn't get as clean like how you clean the jewelry. lol lol 😁
Thank you for taking the time to explain and document your daily activities as a jeweller.your extremely informative and your passion for your trade is easy to see.your results speak for themselves. I wish you all the best.regards Gary
I reallly appreciate all the fine detail and craftsmanship involved in each piece. Thanks for the rhodium plating tip. I have 2 white gold rings I'll bring to my jeweler. Hopefully he can restore their lustre. I hope someone requests a toi et moi ring setting in the future, made with 2 amazing repurposed stones. I'd love to see it!! 💎💎
❤ Fantastic design! I am new to your videos and can’t leave without posting a comment…. What beautiful work! I love that you rock some tidy items whilst working btw. Great stuff, I look forward to watching more of your work! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
Ok don’t laugh but I’m a makeup artist turned want to be jewellery designer and I just got a soldering kit for Christmas because I have been wanting to do it for so long, I feel like it’s a natural step after wire weaving for me and I was wondering if you were able to do a back to basics on soldering, Sterling if possible 😬 I appreciate this is a lot different to what you usually do but it would be amazing if you could. Hi from the U.K. & thank you 🙏 Emy ❤
OK! Where are you located? I absolutely love your work!! I am wanting a snake ring made with my diamonds. I have about 8 of them, all round, .25 in size. My first diamond ring I ever bought myself I like those diamonds to be the main part and I have one diamond that is a marquise cut, not sure of the size... My luck you are far from me and have a million customers in line. You just became my new jewelry guy to watch. Just looked you up, you are too far. I am in Fl and you are in PA. Feeling sad lol
@@zachemighjewelry - the cost of living is nuts here. The rate, ins and property tax makes it impossible to even feel like buying. I do pretty well on my own but lord just a 250k home is about 2.5k a mo mortgage pmt lol, I am like that is ok, I will keep waiting and saving. I am in no rush.
I am personally torn between white gold and platinum. I understand that people don't want to have to keep getting their rings dipped, but I enjoy the brightness of the rhodium plating. The platinum is too flat. At least my ring is. I understand that platinum can not be dipped because the rhodium will not adhere to the platinum. Is that correct?
I have seen a few pieces online and think the diamonds come from India and do not look like regular cut but had very unique designs and way less than regular diamonds price wise.😊

It's the first time I see the comments on one of Zach's videos and they're not all, "The old ring was better!!!!"
😂 I love the comments whether good or bad, thank you for watching!👏🏼
Jewelry making is fastenating, thanks for sharing- what an amazing set of skills one must have!
Thanks for watching! More on the way!
Love how you set the diamonds deeply. Makes wearing so much more practical.
I love watching these jewelry videos. I love pretty things and lots of colors. ❤
That is such a gorgeous ring!

I love your creations! I want to take my inherited jewelry and use the gold and diamonds for a special piece to remember my loved ones. 😊🥰

Wow! Beautiful!
How much filings do you get to be enough to send to a refinery?
What do you do with all the little bits trimmed off?
It's really interesting to watch the process. Thank you for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!

I have a question about the stone setting process. While filing the prongs, how do you keep from scratching the stones?
Is a special file, and the only thing that can scratch a diamond is another diamond!👍
Fascinating spelled right.
👍

Beautiful! Do you do ear rings? Would love to see that done. ❤
I sure do!
you have golden hands!
🙌✨😂
Do you ever do more custom prong sculpting like the "kitten claws" I see out there? And/Or do some settings come with prongs pre-sculpted in that way?
Sometimes I’ll change it up if it’s requested, but I almost always just go for what will be most comfortable and durable

Beautiful ❤ Did the ring come from a catalog chosen by the client or was it designed and made by you?
It was a style we already had at the store, we have dozens of similar styles that can be modified for situations like this one!💎
Have you ever dropped a tiny diamond when changing it to a new setting? It is fun to watch you work.
Sometimes they can fall but they land in my workbench so it’s easy to find👍
This made me happy for no readon
I’m glad!🙌
id like to see your mens ring designs
I’ll be making a video on one soon!
what size is that ring looks massive
I think it was around a size 9

Nope you can still plate platinum!👍
Do you have any designs with Polki Diamonds?😊
No I don’t think so 🤔

19k white gold stays white. They mix abit of plantinum
Zack how can I reach out to you? I have questions and I want something custom done.
Hi! You can message me on Facebook or Instagram!
@@zachemighjewelry I'll try to find you. Thank you!
Where are you located?
Butler, PA
I wish you could mend my mother's engagement ring, its very worn down , it would mean the world to me as she is passed now . 😢😊
Come visit me 👍
@@zachemighjewelry where are you located?
Make a course I’ll buy it
I’ve considered it, just not sure how many viewers are trying to actually learn how to do this
Why beeswax?
It easily picks up the stones and washes off easily 🙌
That is not a pretty ring at all.
Good thing it’s not yours 👍
Beautiful ring!! I love a substantial setting and design, it has to last a lifetime. Reminds me of a vintage Jabel.
I think it’s beautiful!
