    Below are 7 Mopak bags that you should definitely check out! (*Use code nomadsnation to get 10% off your order*)
    Mopak City Adventurer Backpack
    ✍🏼 This 17.5L backpack is a sleek and urban pack that's also Aaron's top pick in this Mopak line-up.
    ✔️ It's a great school or work pack with a lot of quick-access compartments (PLUS it has a microfiber lining on its laptop compartment).
    ✖️ Although its zips are not PU-coated, its materials are decent for their price.
    → Check the best price: go.nomadsnation.com/mopak-adv...
    Mopak City Cycle Backpack
    ✍🏼 This is a 20.5L minimalist rolltop bag with a tote handle. And yes, it can be worn as a backpack or a tote!
    ✔️ It has two external water bottle holders for cyclists or anyone who can't travel without water.
    ✖️ It has limited access to the main compartment.
    → Check the best price: go.nomadsnation.com/mopak-cycle
    Mopak Weekender Duffel Bag
    ✍🏼 This 30-liter duffel is a weekender travel bag with a ton of organization.
    ✔️ It's a minimalist duffel bag perfect for roadtrips, weekend trips, or short-term travels.
    ✖️ The Natural/cream color's material looks like it's not as durable as the others.
    → Check the best price: go.nomadsnation.com/mopak-duffel (*Use code nomadsnation to get 10% off your order*)
    Mopak Urban Daypack
    ✍🏼 This 17-liter daypack has interesting access to the main compartment.
    ✔️ Awesome clamshell-style opening with highlight effect inside for better access to your gear.
    ✖️ The side and top access are kind of weird and it takes time to get used to. They're innovative but not our favorite things about this pack.
    → Check the best price: go.nomadsnation.com/mopak-day...
    Mopak Sleek Backpack
    ✍🏼 This is a 12-liter toploader with a clamshell-style opening.
    ✔️ It has an excellent design and a great choice of hardware.
    ✖️ For its price, it has decent shoulder strap and back panel comfort, but not enough ventilation.
    → Check the best price:
    Mopak Wanderer Sling
    ✍🏼 This is a 3.5-liter urban sling that offers great access and organization perfect for daily city strolls/commutes.
    ✔️ It has a water bottle sleeve in a SLING! We think they nailed it as the bottles can easily slide in and out of it. Really great design as compared to other slings with that feature.
    → Check the best price: go.nomadsnation.com/mopak-sling
    Mopak Tech Pouch
    ✍🏼 This is a 2.5-liter tech pouch that has a wide opening for quick access.
    ✔️ This offers a lot of internal pockets to better organize your stuff. PLUS, it has a PU-coated zip to protect your tech gear.
    ✖️ Its polyester fabric may not be at the same level as nylon, but it's still weather-resistant and durable.
    → Check the best price: go.nomadsnation.com/mopak-tec...

    I am looking at some recycled poly bags now, so i purchased the Mopak Sleek, the Chrome Camden 16, the Alpaka Bravo Tote pack and the Day Owl new day pack. The Mopak was the first one received and your review was spot on about the bag's. New subscriber.

    I wish they had like an olive, or a navy green type of color. I really like the look of the City Adventure Pack and it fits in line with the most I’d want to shell out for a backpack.

    I saw you mentioned this awhile ago and I bought the sling, cause I’m a major sling-er lol. It’s nice and slim, I like the bellroy style strap mounts. The middle area is nice for an umbrella, but putting anything in there sorta ruins the svelte feel. I was tempted by the duffel, it would be perfect for me as a check in roller companion if it only had a luggage pass through strap.

    Nice brand overview! Does putting the water bottle in the sling affect packing the sling out?

      Thanks! And yes, it does compromise the space in the sling

      I’m starting a new office position and would like a bag that can accommodate my lunch bag, iPad Pro 11 with keyboard case, a sweater, my own mouse, and then the regular tech, external battery couple cables and iPhone 15 pro max. I drive to work so i dont need super all day comfort. I love the everyday backpack, but question whether it fits my lunch bag (yeti lunch bag 8.7"W x 6.9"D x 11.0"H) i know that’s the kicker, but I’ve seen some 24+L bags that have decent dimensions. Brands i already own and love, bellroy, alpaka, aer. Also, I’m an external water bottle nut and tend to throw a yeti 26oz in there lol. Sidenote i do a lot of travel photography and usually travel with a drone and Sony a7cR with a lens attached and a secondary 50mm, this is the reason i tend to lean to the PD everyday 30L cause the 20L doesn’t fit my yeti lunch bag lol. BTW, i have some great street photography photos from Hong Kong it was one of my favorite places to roam and snap flicks.

    I wonder why most of the backpacks are so dull: black, white, dark blue. It would be amazing to have something brighter, like this orange colour. Or at least some accents here and there. Yet everything is black.

    • @jaenner
      @jaenner 7 месяцев назад

      Because black and white go with everything lol

    • @Nomads.Nation
      @Nomads.Nation  7 месяцев назад +4

      Yea black goes with everything and hides dirt very easily. We did a poll asking the ideal backpack color for my Fyro bag - nearly 70% said black - so it’s clearly what people prefer. Supply and demand!

    Why did I only see this after ordering NIID's R0 Sling Bag cause of its water bottle holder T_T The black version with the mint green interior of Mopak's Wanderer Sling looks sooo goooodd T_T

    They look great, might be me but they remind me very much of Bellroy in design.

    • @Nomads.Nation

      I think a few of their bags (not all) have too similar design language to Bellroy, and I criticize them for it in the video.

    • @Nomads.Nation
      @Nomads.Nation  7 месяцев назад

      Yup, I think some of their bags are very unique, but a few were too close for comfort, so I had to call them out (even though it was a sponsored video)

  • @0f556
    @0f556 7 месяцев назад

    Nah. Something's still kinda greasy about this vid. I get that you have to take sponsorships, but this brand's designs are a little too close to some other brands. No one would know about this brand if influencers didn't prop them up.

    • @Nomads.Nation
      @Nomads.Nation  7 месяцев назад +3

      appreciate the honest feedback! Honestly, I do think the bags are gorgeous, especially at the price point. And I really am excited that beautiful bags can be more accessible - in fact I thought about making my Fyro bag more budget friendly at first to fill this need (but with my love for high-quality materials, I realized that wouldn't be possible lol)
      As for their designs being too close - I think it depends on their bag. Some I don't think so, but a few, I agree, and that's why even though it's a sponsored post, I clearly called them out on it. I'm hoping they'll continue to make great bags at a lower price point, and pivot a bit more to a style that looks and feels more like their own.

      @@TiRohn the Fyro brand will use the finest materials and premium construction, so our bags will be priced on the higher side - but comparable to other bags in its class like Evergoods and Peak Design
