this is extremely helpful!!!! love the detail! love to see the mini sling and the pouches (how they compare) thank you. searching for a everyday essential bag that can do it all (have to wear on my waist due to shoulder injuries) and don't want to look bulky. hard to know what you are buying without a great demo video like this! your work is appreciated!
Hey! I’m so glad you found this video helpful. Thanks for watching and for leaving this very encouraging comment. Truly motivates us to create better content for you all.
I bought in 2023 the older 7 Liter version. It’s perfect for water bottle, mobile, keys and Portemonnaie. Eg skiing and going around in city. Sitting on ski lift is easier than with a rucksack.
@@shirfong5252 ooof that’s a tough one. But this is just my biased opinion… I would go for Lite Sling because of its lightweight features. So good for traveling but I would go with Black. Other colors are nice but they get dirty easily.
@ORIBAGSOfficial Yes yes I thought to buy the black Lite Sling and blue Venture. But I compared both of them, it's about the same. Somehow I do not like the material of the Venture, feel kinda rough! I have all the Alpaka slings and Alpaka compartments are much well organised and they are very light bags too. But I do love to owe a Bellroy. Haha. I can buy both the Lite and Venture but Venture is not worth the price at S$199 (can buy a backpack). So I only allow myself to buy 1 Bellroy sling. Thanks Jean and I valued your opinion!!
Thanks for indepth comparison, A5 test was particularly useful. But the lite is the shortest (150) compared to the classic, somehow it has more height left in the A5 book test! gahhh need to check in person if possible
Question about the Lite - Could you use it to store lenses (say Canon 24-70 2.8) and place it on your hip as a fanny pack? Usually fanny packs are not counted as personal item on flights, so I was looking for a light+low profile fanny/sling to store some camera equipment for the boarding phase. (p.s- that magnetic buckle should probably be glued to secure it. Feels like it could break since it's so thin)
Trouble with using lenses on the light is the fabric is super lightweight and offers no gear protection. So I honestly wouldn't recommend using the Lite. You might wanna consider the Bellroy Venture Sling 10L or find better options with Peak Design or Wandrd.
Hi! Searching for bags right now and came across your channel and videos. They’re super detailed, thoughtful and well produced. Tks for the amazing resource.
bought an everyday peak design 10L and bought a venture sling 9L as the bag dividers for the emptied out PD bag. so when I reach my destination I have a choice of two bags
This is the reason i want a bellroy, it gets flat and you can fit it in a larger bag, but i'm not sure it will protect my camera enough or i should stick to the pd sling.
@@cristibaluta PD slings definitely offer much more protection. Bellroy slings offer minimal protection. But definitely easier to bring around when traveling.
Does the Tab S6 Lite fit easily into the Venture (around 10:38)? I can see it gets into the Lite Sling with some extra room but couldn't quite tell the situation for the Ventrue Sling. I have a Tab S6, whose size is simlar to and only slightly bigger than S6 Lite; I hope I can put my S6 into the Venture.
The Venture Sling 6L would be the perfect sling if only it had a mechanism for storing a water bottle outside the main body of the bag. Even a simple/strong stretchy loop, strapping, or pocket on the base would do it. At the moment, if you want to carry a decent camera on a day out and other day bits in the bag, having a water bottle in there too is really impractical. Even a small 250ml or 350 ml size one takes up too much room and also would hit your nice camera, like my X100V. If you stick in a small water bottle even vertically, it sticks out the top with the zip not fully done up and looking/feeling awkward. I've bought this sling but the lack of a water bottle solution is a real issue for me and I might send it back unfortunately cause it's superbly made. I wonder if I could sew something on the base myself????? Then I'd have room for everything else inside! mMMM so near THE perfect day bag, but not quite...
So here's the thing - I'm off on a holiday and looking to purchase an EDC to hold various small items including a Fujifilm X100V, small water bottle, and glasses. I purchased the Bellroy Venture Sling 6L and think it looks great but is a bit smaller than I imagined tbh considering the 6L size mark. For example, the Peak Design Everyday Sling 3L camera bag - yes 3L - (superbly made also) has almost the EXACT same dimensions, looks able to store pretty much exactly the same amount of items and is extremely well crafted with comparable weather resistance etc - BUT quite a bit cheaper. Why is the Bellroy so much more expensive and named 6L, when the Peak Design of the same size is 3L ??????? Is there something odd going on???
LOL very elaborate observation. But it's really hard to say how one brand prices their products. Maybe we can solve this mystery together. Let me know if you got any leads.
I looking one for my mirrorless camera, my wallet, my smartphone, my car keys, some mentos and my sunscreen. That's all. Wich one do you suggest for me? Thank you!!!
Hey there, perhaps you can consider the Bellroy Venture Sling 10L Camera Edition. Perfect for everything you mentioned plus extra room. Check out our video here: ruclips.net/video/1SxOuUFN6Bs/видео.html

Saw a review at RUclips claiming that the venture is very protective for camera gear. I forgot which one though perhaps you’ll find out by looking at other RUclips reviews? Hope you find the answers you look for. Kind regards
Overall I like Bellroy quality and price has a premium but I can afford it my main issue with Bellroy is it seem they don’t understand less is more. They like to add their name right up front, very visible but also very, very tacky. They need to learn from incase or Peak Design.

I love the Lite Sling. No regrets.

Hi, can the venture sling 6L fit IPad 10th gen? Or just iPad mini?
Which compact sling bag do you recommend for full-frame camera and water bottle when traveling?
For camera gear definitely the Venture Sling 10L
In the 10L Bellroy Camera bag, are the dividers/partitions removable like that are on the Peak Design 10L sling?
Thanks for letting us know!
love the lite!!! please bring in the lite sling mini ASAP 🥳
