    Sunrise has an internal issue, the other incident with a Sgt. Choking a female office and now this officer at a party drunk and disorderly with a female city employee . This chief should be explaining why his department has issues of this nature and why he responds with minor penalties.

    • @fz1000red
      @fz1000red 2 года назад

      @RAK PROPERTY SERVICES of course working in property services you obviously know everything there is about every police agency in America right?!? You know the steps involving pass/fail, each of the strict requirements, criteria, city or county hiring rules, state and federal laws associated with recruiting, continuing education and ongoing training law enforcement officers attend their whole career too am I right?
      Property management school must be an amazing, uplifting and enlightening experience to raise such confidence in the mind and demeanor of non-professional such as yourself.
      I have no doubt that, like myself and most of my professional peers, you first served in the military at least four years before you went to college about five or six years and worked your way to a bachelor's degree before entering the lofty realm of managing rental property too.
      If I felt like doing so, I could waste days writing about ignorant people like you, who have jobs that have no education requirements at all, though employers might ask, you don't even need a high school diploma for property management. I know this because my parents did your phony job, which consists of doing absolutely nothing for the most part and collecting a small monthly fee for each unit you "manage".
      So here you are on the Internet talking like you know something about an actual profession, one with national standards of certification and levels of training that continue from your first day until your retirement date arrives. All you've really done is expose yourself as ignorant to what joining a career profession in law enforcement and retaining your place among your highly qualified and competitive peers actually entails.
      Oh, did I forget to mention that agencies I've worked for as far back as the late 80's wouldn't let ANYONE without a bachelor's degree even APPLY for a position as a police officer?!?
      High school graduate.
      Military service.
      College graduate.
      Police academy graduate. (Two for myself)
      BEFORE YOU GET A BADGE.
      Then:
      Annual education requirement of 80 hours until you retire.
      Think about that before you attempt to spit out more of your verbal diarrhea.

    We have t keep in mind that these officers are all good old boys with each other and that they are much better than the citizens that they are sworn to protect. We cannot expect the captain or the chief of police to hold his officers to the same standard that we, private citizens are held to, it would not be fair to treat the elite as common everyday people. committing assault on women apparently is not that big of a deal, therefore I am going to get drunk and grope that waitress I have had my eye on at the local IHOP and when they arrest me I am going to claim that I have been practicing to take the final exam to become an officer< and they can suspend me for a week before I take it

    I've always believed that law enforcement should be held at a higher accountability than the general public. Every single one of them stake a sworn oath to uphold and protect the law. When they break that oath, not only should they be held accountable but they should be held at a higher accountability. Yes, we all have a moral code to strive for but the general public doesn't take sworn oaths like law enforcement does...there's the difference on why they should be held to a higher accountability!
