The bands sure give great resistance. Very enjoyable addition to the session. I will be adding this video to my regular rotation. Now I am curious about reformer workouts as well. Thank you again!

Great as allways please do more sessions with ring and band . It’s so much better to wok against and with resistens even more so when you have had sever injuries like me it helps to guide and contrôle . I love it 😻 helps me a lot thank you

I love the sound of the Reformer but I don’t imagine I will find a facility with this equipment in or around the small North of England town where I live so it will have to be more band work for me! Had a harder time with some of these moves; didn't have a band so I think I psyched myself out. I used 1.5 lb wrist/ankle weights [2]. Still feel a good 🔥. ♡

I ordered a body band, which came in a roll. Is there a standard measurement for a long band? I will need to cut the band at the length needed. Thank you! I love your workouts, especially the resistance band workouts.
I too love the resistance bands! I like mine to be no less than 6 feet long. That's longer than the ones that come pre-cut (which are closer to 4 feet I think), but I find that the extra length works well for many of the exercises. I hope that helps!
