This is incredible. I found a Burke number 4 milling machine that I have to restore however I need a small machine for small pieces...Thanks for sharing.
I would be happy to build such a mill for the lack of money to sponsor buying Taig or Sherline mini-mills but to build such a DYI mill one needs access to a larger mill and some other machinery. Besides one needs experience in building mills as well. I'm impressed!
It works very well milling 6061-T6 Aluminum. You can hold pretty tight tolerances (.001") if you keep your feed rate down and don't try to use too large a cutter.
Just found your channel and subscribed. Very nice mill

Cool! Feel free to put your video on our homemade tools forum; looks like you're one of us :)
Nice. Where did you get the linear rail and leadscrew combos? Are they Igus, Hiwin, or something else? Or, did you make them yourself?
They're made by Igus.
can you make plans with dimensions for each piece of material please ? thanks in advance
would be nice if you would show the result at the end of the video or in next video
What is the accuracy? Does it do pretty well with aluminum? Thanks for the video!

wonderful job sir. how much depth of cut we can give in brass and aluminium?
I haven't maxed it out yet to see what it'll do as I've been in the hospital. I'll report back asap.
