    i built one of these and for pcb cam work i use flatcam, and bcnc for the gcode sending, bcnc has an autoleveling tool that appends the gcode to compensate for the warpage in the boards

    You say if you could just have one machine you should have a lathe.
    Sorry but a 5 axis CNC mill is a far more useful machine.
    Adding the CNC rotary table & milling attachment is emulating a 5 axis mill.
