@Nicko i dont rate voss as a coach. Most of his time at port was a midfield coach. Only last 2 years as an assistant. Time will tell if hes learnt anything.. just because you were an elite player doent make u an elite coach. Buckley prefect example of that. Like to be proven wrong tho

@@LachlanKellett I think Voss has potential. He played under Leigh Matthews one of best coaches ever, was thrown in the deep end at Brisbane with an ageing team. went to Port and whipped the midfield into shape as an assistant. he could be good.
As a Collingwood supported I was hoping Carlton get Lyon cause he's a wanker but I'm glad to see Voss got the job. its about time Carlton have some success. Hopefully they don't sack him after a year. Melbourne won the flag after a few years at the bottom a decade ago.
@@nickycrea6075 Honestly, I think we need to stop sacking coaches after giving them no chance after say 2 - 5 Years... I get Teague needed to be sacked but the past coaches were alright... I just hope we don't sack Vossy for stupid reasons.... Atleast give him atleast 5 Years to get his Gameplan going..... Yeah we want success but sacking coaches for no reason. That's why we are looked at as like the worst Team in the AFL..
