Yea its great if you are using gear infrequently, I found I got so busy I needed my gear available. Good luck with the rentals

As I understand it, if someone runs off with your gear, FatLlama do not reimburse you as it's called "voluntary parting", their insurance is only if the borrower has it stolen from them! Also you don't mention that they charge you 25% AND the borrower. So if you list at £12 a day like you say, you get £9, but the borrower pays £15! It really is a shocking mark up considering stuff can get stolen. Used to be 15%, then the company was sold on...

I'd like to speak with a borrower and/or lender who has used fat llama please.

Cool stuff man, quick question do you know what to do if you get small dents, scratches or damage when getting your item back, didn't even know this existed until now and looks pretty cool, might put some lights in there.

Thanks for watching! That’s a good question, I don’t know about wear and tear. If you find out I would be interested to know. Personally I wouldn’t mind the odd scratch but a dent is different. I literally had someone break an adapter but they replaced it for brand new, all depends on who rents your gear I guess. Good luck!

@@RobCurd yes, that's mostly what I need to know like somebody breaking a handle or a button gets smashed or something, cool platform I'm going to try it out and see what happens, thanks for the information though 🙏🏽

how much can one expect to make?

Hate to give a vague answer but it really depends on what kit you have, area and what you charge. I would recommend searching for some of the items you have in your area and you can see what they are charging.
