    I’m currently a trucker now and I’m tired of being on someone else’s time and dime. So just like you I want to start hotshoting but every time I go and ask somebody about my plans all they say “ it’s not a good time right now” and truthfully I’m tired of herring them say that bc when is it the right time? You making so I think I made my mind up and I know it’s not easy but I want to be my own boss.

      You can do it fam. I got the same looks when I was looking to start. No one wanted to help so I took it upon myself to start. I’ve been good ever since.

      It’s all depends on your area and wether you have direct customers or not. The spot market (load boards) is always up and down.

    How long did it take you to run local to be home everyday with your family. Are all them loads from central dispatch. What area do you run.

    • @vetwaytransportation
      @vetwaytransportation  Год назад +1

      I run Memphis Tn and surrounding areas. It took a few months to figure out how to get home every night and still make profit. My loads are mostly always a combination of direct customers and load board contacts.
