Super cool, love “day in the life” videos! One indication you have a flight instructor who is committed to flying…she rolls up in her own airplane. Thanks for taking me along Hayley 🤗 oh, love the rodeo, so so Western!
Thanks for reminding me of that little thrill when the plane settles on the nose strut with engine start! It's been a while since I have flown, but plan to get back into the air soon!
You're channel popped up today, and I'm not sure why. I'm not a pilot. I do live in Tahoe in Zephyr Cove so hello neighbor. Flight instructor sounds like a nice job to have.
Hi Hayley.. looks like you red flood instrument lights are on .. they are up by the overhead speaker on the roof… they operate with a rheostat control on your panel below the control yoke( I’ve got a 1963 P-35 Bonanza)
So cool to see the prop go forward and backward as you fly. Would really like to hear the engine sound as you take off. There is just something about a happy engine running at full power. Kansas, 105 F, 35 mph S wind, 20% RH.
I just saw your Vlog with the Reno Rodeo included and it made me curious. I live in Sparks now, but 30 years ago my sister and I had a trailer in Carson right across the street from the airport on Airport Road. Back then it was the airpot in town, honestly don’t know if that has changed. Nice to see some familiar sights while you were flying, plus I bet the river was low when you went, we went up a month later in July and it was still low. The lake was full, they just weren’t releasing it into the river for some reason.😊
Just a quick thought; if your door pops open on or after takeoff (pilot ONLY should close and lock door), don’t freak out or try to close it! Just fly the plane, and come back and land. Ask me how I know🤪
Happen to me in an Archer, It was a non event, I didn’t even bother radioing the situation. I just did like you have mentioned, just landed and shut it. I have plenty of open cockpit flying so it didn’t bother me
Love the content idk how I got flying or air plane YT feed but anyhow great flying skills and you mentioned growing up in Santa Cruz awesome! I grew up in Watsonville, now in Merced. Thanks for Sharing... Happy Flying!
Great production Hayley. I love how you text over details (airport, etc), are meticulous with your checklist, and Debi is so pretty. I have not seen that type of "hat rack" cover in the back of a Debonair/Bonanza before. One request, can you enable stereo for your mic / video recording in flight? Sound is only on the left.
Love this video as always. Love the airplane. You live in a fancy house and wondering if you own it. What a neat life you have carved out for yourself. Keep the videos coming. Thanks for sharing.
Martin Caidin had a 60's vintage Beechcraft named Debi too....spelling may have been different. He was a prolific writer for movies and TV and also wrote several books on private flying which I highly recommend.
Hi. Your videos are interesting. I'm not a pilot but sounds rewarding. I've noticed that during your flights you seem to describe many bits of the flight beyond communication with the Tower(s). Is this required for the flight recorder or is it something you do for the RUclips video. Just curious if it may be an FAA requirement. Cheers! PS: I'm a big/lifelong fan of the eastern Sierra Nevada range. Envious.
Hi! Thanks so much - the commentary is for you guys here on RUclips :) I like to try and explain my processes best I can while throwing in a few performance specs of the aircraft I'm flying
love these vids!! Happy summer Hayley! it's 110's down here in So NV ouch! curious what "rotating/rotation" mean during your take-off's? anyway thanks for taking us along! Debi is such a beautiful plane!
Now you can change your checklist to "seatbelts and shoulder harnesses" glad you did that upgrade first (like you said) and not something dummy dum and shiny instead.
Hi Hayley, nice to see you. I like your intro to the video keep adding more. Can you get a break from Mark Patey for one of his Best Tugs? 😊 safe travels.
Debbies are among the most utilitarian aircraft out there. Nice vid. A nit: last call is NOT a thing, eg not in the AIM. How come so many people say this on the radio now?
Whomever it is, will be, or could be, they will be a very lucky person to partner with you. Your tenacity to get as far as you have, the drive, and the vision... those are rare qualities in most these days. I know more women are reaching your level every day. And that needs to be applauded and encouraged. But what you offer is a rare gift someone will be gifted one day. Keep on doing and reaching for what you want!
@HayleyHerberg7 You have a beautiful Debi and you are not just an owner, but a caretaker. They are not making the model 33 or 35 anymore. Nearly 80 years since their first flight, there still isn't a better overall design. Sorry, but I kind of an observant guy. I don't fly with my head buried in the cockpit.
When we clear the missle strike coordinates it means the human is in a relevant building that we do not strike. Like we pinned him inside the building. We always set coordinates at space no one or buildings are at for strike on a primary target. Why it's confusing is its fraud in the US but is done using other mechanics improperly. So it looks like a Serbian missle struck the US land, but its a turekii holding missle, called a Serbian missle that is striking a human doing improperly, known as improper servant activity
Hey Hayley. I wanted to say hello. I have watched a few of your videos but this one changes everything. Why? I am 6’1 190 lb cowboy from the Bay Area. Go to Santa Cruz all the time. I was just there the other day hanging out. I go to most of the rodeos around. I saw you get dressed up for the Reno Rodeo and you looked amazing. You got my attention! I had a few friend there but did not make it there. I used to hang out at the Saddlerack and the Rodeo club in San Jose. I think it’s cool you are a CFI. But now in this video I saw you are a beautiful cowgirl I’m taken back. That I was not expecting. Wow! You really looked good at the rodeo. Did you go to the cowboy dance at night after the rodeo? I learned to fly later in life. My instructor was not nearly as beautiful as you I must admit. I’m am currently not current on my license. I would have a hard time focusing with you as an instructor. Now that you have shown your a beautiful cowgirl who goes to the rodeo I had to subscribe. Do you like cowboys? Do you like dancing with cowboys? Do you like country music? I had to ask. I’m Danny by the way. Great video. Flying is cool but seeing you at the rodeo dressed up so beautiful took the video to an entire different level. Im sorry now I did not go to the Reno Rodeo. Now I’m a huge fan of your channel. LOL. Your a beautiful girl for sure. You got my attention with this video for sure. I hope you post going to more rodeo and country events. I guess we’ll see. After seeing you in this video I had to say something. When us cowboys see a girl like you we have to speak up! All the best to you. Would love to meet you sometime.
I flew to work for the first time in 1981, KTVL to KMEV, towing gliders for $2 per tow. Ah, good times!
Glamour shots and Flying…doesn’t get much better than that…thanks for sharing your day.
Super cool, love “day in the life” videos! One indication you have a flight instructor who is committed to flying…she rolls up in her own airplane. Thanks for taking me along Hayley 🤗 oh, love the rodeo, so so Western!
One lucky girl. Stay alert… love the vids
great day in the office what an wonderful Job & career to have
You have a fantastic eye for video's, Hayley.
simmp
I spent many years working next to the Carson city airport while working for the Carson city fire dept. at station 2.
Hi Hayley Herberg, That was a brilliant flying of you by your airplane to your work. You will be a successful pilot girl Hayley someday.
Fun video a nice edit, thanks for taking us along.
Thanks for reminding me of that little thrill when the plane settles on the nose strut with engine start! It's been a while since I have flown, but plan to get back into the air soon!
Such beautiful country! Love the videos!
Clear the aphgani means hold at space so we can clear the lines they are stuck in
Haven't seen you in a while. Have a safe flight!
Glad to see a new video. Thanks for sharing your flight with us that are not pilots. Safe flights

Beautiful Scenery. The plan looks awesome. Thank you for letting us come along!!!!!

Excellent camera, audio feed work, and your audible checklists keep my attention. Editing. . .
👍😎👍
Great flights, great videos, keep 'em coming, Hayley! Thanks so much!
Really enjoy your videos. You appear to be competent pilot. Thank you. Rh
Looking Beautiful As Ever Hayley.
Just a quick thought; if your door pops open on or after takeoff (pilot ONLY should close and lock door), don’t freak out or try to close it! Just fly the plane, and come back and land. Ask me how I know🤪
I had that happen once in my 1947 bonanza 35. Non event.
Happen to me in an Archer, It was a non event, I didn’t even bother radioing the situation. I just did like you have mentioned, just landed and shut it. I have plenty of open cockpit flying so it didn’t bother me
Happened to me in a Piper 140. Just landed at nearest airport and reshut locked it again then really shook it. Good to go
Hayley, your Ms. Debi looks pretty good. That plane seems to be a good fit for you. Keep charging!
thankyou! will do 🤙🏼
Awesome...very inspirational. Keep it up. Love it
Awesome video Hayley love that Debonair and I hope to maybe meet you at Oshkosh this year!
Cheers 🥂 😊
Wishing You Blue Skies & Tailwinds! 😎

Great video Hayley. Like seeing your process through the checklists. Beautiful Tahoe scenery is a bonus.
Good morning from Minnesota! You definitely live in a beautiful part of the country! See you at Oshkosh?
Nice video. I always loved flying Beechcraft- was such an upgrade to the Grumman American I trained in for my PPL. All the best from hot north Texas.

Nothing more American than a Rodeo, standing for the flag, bowing heads for prayer!❤ ❤
Lights camera action, instead how about flaps fuel trim. Those are the killer items.
Really kool video! Keep em coming!
That's a really great looking aircraft you have! You must be loving it...😀
Thanks for the ride Hayley.
Love the music and edit. One thing I did noticed is that you dont like showing conversations with atc?
Love this video as always. Love the airplane. You live in a fancy house and wondering if you own it. What a neat life you have carved out for yourself. Keep the videos coming. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the Ride... Looked like a Nice Day at and out of work ';-)
another nice video THANKS
Your hangar couch and those shoulder harnesses are on my list! (I’m looking for airbag equipped harnesses).
@Tx-HayleyHerberg 🤔
Awesome video !!👍👍

I’ve got his book on the USAF C-130. It’s from 1968 IIRC.

I live at South Tahoe. Ever land up here? Kinda high and thin air-ish but beautiful
Heart throb for sure.
G'day Hayley, My blue heeler, (Jack) does the same thing your dog is doing, crossing his front paws.
Great videos. Do you have your airspeed marked for Designated Min Maneuvering Speed? 😎
Awesome New Video Thank You
Now you can change your checklist to "seatbelts and shoulder harnesses" glad you did that upgrade first (like you said) and not something dummy dum and shiny instead.
Two stunning ladies
What bag is that? Looks sweet!
Hi Hayley, nice to see you. I like your intro to the video keep adding more. Can you get a break from Mark Patey for one of his Best Tugs? 😊 safe travels.
Great video Haley, as always…
Just curious, what were you teaching from the left seat? Is your student training to be a CFI?
Nice times ... Hayley

From Santa Cruz? Where did you learn to fly? I'm from Monterey but learned to fly at Watsonville. Thanks for the vids.
Have a great day 😊
Flying redeo❤❤🎉🎉
Welcome back from UK.
Great video. What model is your Plane?
Will we get to see that fine bird in Oshkosh?
It's not hot there, It's 115 here in Mesa AZ.
What do you use to figure out how long and what airports to stop at in a small aircraft. During long distance travel.

What were the two red lights above you? They weren't on when you first took off. No AC on the plane?
Map/dashboard lights for night flying… left on by accident I assume and tough to tell they are on during daylight.
Hello from Montreux.
Nice.
she named her airplane Debbie because it’s a Beechcraft “Debonair” model, keep posting
Where is “lights, camera, action” on your checklist?
Clear the apghganistan region means clear the lines from air for their safety.
@15:48 is that a DOG riding a bull calf?
When's the last time you changed the oil?

Since you are in the soaring capital of the United States, if you need to get a ride in a sailplane! Trust me when I say that you gotta do it! 😊
🥰😍
Beautiful eyes!
Did you name Debi after someone?
It’s a Beechcraft Debonair… Debi for short…

Hello are you how Aqeel
Thanks for the flying part of the video. Very fun. Nothing fun about the rodeo part though. The crowd is enjoying it, but the poor animals aren't.
YT needs to put a love button b/c I love your videos, girl!. Do you think you'd ever charter?. @ Haley Herburg.
