I am in the process of waiting for my state to finish filing the EIN and then I have to open up a bank account. I think I need to understand the pros and cons first about business credit to make the decision. :)

Thanks for the awesome info! i'm new to this but have a small business i started and i know i'm doing it backwards but i feel a lot of people do it this way. with funding should i just start with a EIN and does it automatically work like a SSN in the sense after you pay you establish credit report of do you have to create a D&B with it that the banks can see? thanks again and have a great day
Hi Mike! yes, it works the same way. You can create a FICO for your business similar to how you have one with your SSN, except credit limits are much higher if and when you use your EIN. Have you registered for a legal entity? LLC, S-CORP, C-CORP, etc? By the way, please subscribe to my channel in case you haven't. I got a bunch of videos coming out that will address some of the questions you have.
@@LeoLandaverde no i haven't created anything yet because i know the way you structure it in the beginning(the foundation) has a lot to play in the funding. so do i get a EIN and corp and can i just get a blank one from like legal zoom? and yes i've subscribed and been watching you videos a lot. I have a shopify store that i do about $1k a month so far. i'm wanting to purchase a Amazon FBA store but theyre spending especially an aged one thats turning profits. so i'm looking for business acquisition loan or 6 figure in funding thus the EIN/Corp formation. sorry for the long winded reply. Yes, that could be one. I would start whatever industry related vendors you deal with on a regular basis and if they would be willing to extend your credit and more importantly, that they will be willing to report it to Dun and Bradstreet

Do you need business credit in Order to get a car as a fresh business owner ?or credit card
You definitely need business credit in order to get a car. Also the business has to show the ability to repay by way of financial statements and business tax returns. If you don’t have any business credit established, you will have to personally guarantee it through your Social Security number. Have you begun the process of establishing business credit? If so, have you got an account set up with Dun & Bradstreet?
@Leo Landaverde thanks sir …and no sir I don’t have even have my llc yet lol but I’m working on it now trying to come up with a name for my business ..But once u get that established how do I get funded ? Is it like personal credit where you have to add some type of trade line to your business in order to get some history or is it diff?
@Leo Landaverde because u know personal credit you more then likely need some history and that’s by adding a trade line
I would start by getting an LLC with your local estate and getting an EIN number from the IRS. This EIN number is like the SSN for your business. I would recommend that you get vendor credit right away using your LLC. Please send me an email to leo@greenlandhq.com and I will send you a list of vendors you can establish credit with right away.

Don't you have to apply for trade lines and use them for a while to build your dunn and bradstreet score to start getting lines of credit?
Yes, start with vendor credit lines that report to D&B. then move to charge cards and finally credit cards under EIN

Lenders to business want your SS# not your EIN
If you are a start up, yes. If you are a seasoned business with history of profit you may not need to personally guarantee it and you can use your EIN.
Use shirtsy net30 business account as a vendor. I did on a new business. TRUST ME.
