I think it was a great idea to do it this way. Interesting and enjoying to watch. It gives ideas for me at least. Thank you for creating this great video
Love adding that demo to the story line. So fun watching what you do. Always thought about a channel myself but I don't have story lines. Just love farming
Great video MrSealyP! Loved the creativity you put into the rather mundane task of selling off unused buildings! Also, I almost spit my drink out when you said “whoa…helium deer” right in the middle of your talk 😂😂
July 14, 2023 You are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! This episode was EPIC!!!! I really like it when you think "outside the box". You bring your imagination to this game and it WORKS!!! How awesome is that??!!! The demolition sounds, the clean up of the debris and everything in between. It had to take you hours to set this up. Perfectly done. Reminds me of when my son used to play with his Tonka trucks. You always bring such a unique perspective to this game. Great job Mr. Sealyp, Great job sir. Thank you and take care.
Fantastic episode MrSealyp. I enjoy watching you do construction work . With those buildings you're not going to be using gone , the farm looks really good . Stay safe and have a great day .😊
Paul this construction narrative and all you did to put into it, is unmatched by anyone putting content out today. I may be biased since your shout out to me, 😁 but seriously. Just my opinion and I am sticking to it. Warms my heat to see your subscribers growing my friend. Nicely done. 🚜
I love that movie as well, can't even count how many times I have been watching it. Well, this series wasn't or hasn't anything to do with the series of yours that I have been watching 🙈
What a brilliant episode! Really interesting to see it all come together at the end, love bit of kit too, very nicely done mate! On a side note that you mentioned, a Pfennig is indeed a real thing. If memory serves me correctly it is / was part of the German currency system and is equal to 1 one hundredth of a Mark, in the same way as a penny is to the British Pound.
That is correct! In the time we had the 'Deutsche Mark' and I think even before when we had the 'Reichsmark'. 100 Pfennig(e) (plural) made up one Deutsche Mark. If you found a Pfennig somewhere it was called a 'Glückspfennig' (a luck spending Pfennig) - if you put that in your money bag and left it there, the saying is you never run out of money.
@@Baerenpapa007 Great info, thankyou! I vaguely remember learning about the Pfennig and Deutsche Mark in school some 30+ years ago but hadn't heard of Reichsmark or a Glückenspfennig before!
I absolutely love the idea of being able to demolish buildings and get resources back from them. And also the building your own sheds that would be very awesome.
Pfennig - it was the incremental denomination of the German Mark prior to the introduction of the Euro (eg As GB Pounds are to the DE Mark as is the GB Pence to the DE Pfennig)
Looks like you've taken out the slurry tank connected to the Cowshed you left in place. The two together that you left are for the Pig barn and the Cowshed that you demolished.
Great creativity Paul. I can only imagine how long it took You to lay that all out. How did You manage to get the Cows to float ? HAHAHAHAHAAH If You can use the terraform DLC on this Map. You could dig some real holes ... Mike M.
The transporting contracts from 19 would work great when you could be asked to send planks and stone to the construction site in one of the original maps
I'm no construction expert but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't use a full slew to load a dump truck from piles of hard-core on the ground. Nice mod though.
On PC, we can build productions, bridges, and sheds. Using productions to make the materials and mining to get the base materials or logging for timber products.

The 'pfennig' (German: [ˈpfɛnɪk] ( listen); pl . 'pfennigs' or pfennige (help·info); symbol pf or ₰) or penny is a former German coin or note, which was the official currency from the 9th century until the introduction of the euro in 2002. That pod cast idea is a great idea.

Wow, I must say that I really enjoy this episode, so cool this story and concept

Perhaps some more wine ranks on the small spot on the farm? It will add to those who are allready there. And then perhaps some home made wine? 🙂🍷
Santa's reindeers have come to visit! How festive.
I totally agree, that would be cool but not least more realism that I like

I love the idea of having the choice to build farm building like the roller-coaster in platinum expansion.
Great storyline and roleplay technique MrSealyP.

This is awesome concept they need to add demolitable buildings

15:48 you’ve positioned things all wrong 😂

How do you get that big jcb wheel loader when you brought the Volvo wheel loader
Yea hope they add the ability

Nice mod though.
It’s too early for demolition. The neighbors will complain about the noise. 🚜🐮🐣🐢🍹🍉👍
I’m in the biz, they’ll complain about noise even if they’re not home.
I'm sorry, did you just say you don't drink tea? Careful MrSealyP, they'll revoke your citizenship, lolz.
I taught u were playing construction manager 😅
👋😊
I'll have the cowshed!
Why not put in some green houses in some of the extra space?
Why don't you keep some of it to produce lime?
