One part of my ritual is an hour before I need to get ready to leave to my match I play a single player video game (Like Zelda, Mario Kart, etc.) The reason I do this is because I get start to get anxiety about 2-4 hours before my match, and I feel like the video game numbs my anxiety because I can’t think about the match because I’m focused on the video game EDIT: This is also the only time I play video games, because I feel like it keeps the games fun if I rarely play them
start meditating instead, stops you from actually having anxiety, instead of just doing something to numb it down, also the effect it has on your whole mind is insane, it’s gonna boost your performance on pitch aswell as in personal life

Hey bro I'm not a decent dribbler but I always look up and look for gaps just like messi always look around calculate your surroundings when you find the gap just do a litte body fient and go to the space then use your pace I hope this helps you
