    I have to agree, Mr. Antonio Brown is definitely outside the box when we talk about football training, rehabilitation, mobility and body balance awareness. As a football and track coach this has blowned my mind, there's really no limitations on exercise conditioning.

    now people dont get confused, this is not EVERYTHING that Antonio Brown does, he lifts weights and does other dynamic exercises, this is just part of his routine, this type of exercises help him build greater Neuromuscular Connections with muscles, specially all the muscles of his core.

    That was a well spent 17 minutes from both my perspective in learning and Antonio's in terms of a great work out! Everyone can benefit from equalizing and balancing their muscle power and flexibility. Antonio Brown top receiver in the NFL, go Steelers, best of luck this coming Saturday against the Ravens! Thanks for posting this video.

      no, it helps you go for 1500 yards last season and probably at least 1600 this season, while only being 5'10 190 lbs. this dude is a little monster.

    • @Mamoshezzz
      @Mamoshezzz 9 лет назад +3

      Rikkerry25 a "little" monster. because 5'10 190 is now considered little. OK

    • @Rikkerry25
      @Rikkerry25 9 лет назад +7

      Cameron Gordon in football terms it's very small. think about it, most of the dudes on that field are at least like 6'1 215, and those are the smaller players.

    • @Rikkerry25
      @Rikkerry25 9 лет назад

      Cameron Gordon i'm a pretty average sized dude and i'm 5'8 180, i'd be considered puny on a football field.

    • @Mamoshezzz
      @Mamoshezzz 9 лет назад +2

      Football is a positional game. Some u would be undersized 70% of the positions 5'9 190 is solid size especially when u can lift like these guys

    Truly one of the classiest players to play for the Steelers, he is not just focused on here and now, making his money and whatever happens happens so be it. Hes training to preserve his body and make it last so he will have a long and successful career. Browns going to be in his prime for a very long time now I suggest the rest of the NFL get used to it :)

    What I noticed:
    1. This whole situation is incredibly sexual
    2. Antonio Brown shows his incredible work ethic here. It is no coincidence that his footwork and balance might be the best in NFL history
    3. With regard to longevity, it certainly seems like this has helped, as Brown is only getting better as he gets older
    4.It must be fascinating for this trainer to work with someone with such amazing physique and see all of the exercises used to their full potential

      You are putting all the blame on Antonio Brown? Who arguably is the best player on the team and if he isn't he is the 2nd best behind Big Ben. Don't say any bullshit like that and call yourself a Steelers fan. Just like Brenden said, he had 1500 YARDS this season! And he was a top 5 WR easily this year.
      Dont say this is why "we're" 2-6 because you aren't part of Steeler Nation saying something as stupid as that

    Shittt like this is why athletes continue to get better by generation #Science .. Its like people who think MJ is the best basketball player, lets be honest he's the best scorer, but a guy who can play all 5 positions and carry his team with no help is definitely better and that would be Mr. James. We thought Jerry Rice was the best, then we got calvin and monsters like AB. Sports will be fun in 50 years, 7 ft guys running 4.3 forties?! We'll see…!!!
