I so missed this dude being in the NFL......... being a wideout is more than just blowing by and going over the top of coverages. Very few receivers are very good at making so many moves in very small areas. Chad is one.... Antonio Brown is the other.......and guess who Antonio Brown trained with?! ....Nuff said.....
he sure was fast for being in his 30s. Probably was the exact same weight as when he came out of college too, eatin McDonalds n shit before every game.
@@monkeyahh1343 he’s fast ...quick is different from being fast..u don’t get in and out of breaks being quick..or he was quick and fast into one..which is why In his 30s he could still get in and out of breaks fast and explosively
Our coach would kick his ass. Each time I touch the ledder I got to do it all over again... this workout is all about concentration and precision, not speed. Though he's damn fast, crazy speed. Wish he would still be in the NFL
i wish when i was coming up as a HS receiver in 95 that youtube existed to look at something like this and learn the proper mechanics of WR. Our team didn't have a WR coach and it was unfortunate we had to learn on the fly.
I play corner bro..footbwork helps alot cause with just speed corners got safety jelp nowadays, and if you got footwork with some speed youre moves come out quicker and precise and you get an edge on the corner or DB, keep em guessing bro.
@Fishervoncanon when I was a freshman Wide Reciever, I already had 155Ibs for benching. So, I'm not sure if you're strong enough for Tight End. You have the weight for it yes, but you'll need to work on that strength.
Even though he talks a lot, the tips he's sharing is very helpful and so are the drills hes running. If he didn't talk the video would be better though..
You know at first I thought maybe Chad might have sloppy footwork because he keeps hitting the ladder, but then I realized the ladder is probably just too small for his feet lol
Nice drills ocho!!! Great video but on some serious shit I think u need to work more on speed training than footwork, cuz when faced with man to man press coverage you have to run away from the defender after ir release and footwork drills don't help with that bro, just some advice from a college reciver as myself! Keep up the hard work
@SHAWBEAR07 In addition to my first comment to you just for clarity, I go to slot receiver half the time but during the coarse of the season I played mostly TE on O.
"yes i really am this black don't worry bout it"
"Being able to run full speed, and then stop on the dime. Beam! Then to get back! Bllraabldaa!" Lol
"don't have to be sunday to be blessed..." i love it chad!!
Bro this man is different 😭 one of my favorite receivers of all time
Kingsavage Yc I just wish he could have won SuperBowl rings. He deserves them. A career with out SB.
It don't have to be Sunday to get blessed

@@monkeyahh1343 not to mention when he ran a 4.5 at the combine he slipped out of his start so that hurt his 40 time he’s a legit 4.4 guy
