(Played db in the NFL 11 years) Using your hands too much is high school shit that will get you cooked in college and pro. Press coverage is all about forcing the receiver to release wider outside or further inside than they wanted to. That's what messes up the QBs timing. Watch all NFL corners they mirror with their feet. You use your hands aggressively every once in a while as a change up.
